That’s a wrap!

Mission accomplished

Recently we had an amazing event where 2 communities, 2 Jigsaw services with the single aim of supporting youth mental health

By tapping into the value of a Sea Dip, tying in some taster sessions for fitness, yoga and breathwork there was something for everyone

Support looks very different for many young people, this was all about accessibility- with connection, smiles and vibes at its core

Between, children, young families,
teenagers, colleagues, youth advocates, veterans of sea swimming and community groups- this was a wellbeing festival

I would like for my kids to know what help and support look like and normalising the struggles we can face.

For some it’s joining a club, enjoying sport, meeting friends, or seeing a therapist for others it’s less finite

Starting conversations, knowing where to turn should it be needed is a cornerstone

Massive props to @catalystcoffee_ a community driver and long standing supporter- nowhere near possible without Craig & Claire

@helios_sauna without the gorgeous space, the complimentary sauna the event wouldn’t have been the same

Shoutouts to the @blueballsmidlands heroes for travelling the distance! @blue_ballswicklow for relentlessly showing up

The finances are still being added up but this National Event is over €22k- which means therapy for young people aged 12-25 remains free of charge
