VUKOVI / Alt Blk Era / Soapbox @ Manchester O2 Ritz 19.9.26
......
Most definitely one of my fav gigs of this year.
Had such a lush time having a little overnighter in Manchester with my girl @laurarosierse to see the incredible @vukoviband
Firstly shout out to the people of Manchester for being stunning as per. Secondly , how lush a venue is the Ritz. Wow it ticked all the boxes for me.
But most importantly what a gig. @soapboxband are obviously always insanely good. So much energy and such a joy to watch. Then followed by @altblkera who I knew a couple of songs of but hadn't seen live. Really great performers, superb stage presence even if their sound isn't really my thing.
And then @vukoviband delivered another stunner of a show. Hearing "My God Has Got A Gun" in full was epic already before rolling into a back to back of bangers. What a hoot. This band are just so so damn good live and a lot of people are still sleeping on these guys. I'm pumped to see where they take things next. And we'll be there for it! taken in O2 Ritz Manchester by @mandynaum

Maximo Park @ Fire Station Sunderland 28.8.26
....
Has it been 2 years since @maximoparkofficial played the @firestationsun last? Where does the time go. It goes way too fast and things change in the blink of an eye but having Maximo as a constant in my life is something I'm always grateful for ❤️
A packed out crowd, an incredible set list and the band on top form, plus those moments with some incredible friends made over the years. I couldn't have asked for more 😊

Tired of Fighting - Cluny Newcastle 8.8.26
....
Tad late posting this...but @wearetiredoffighting were phenomenal once again last Saturday at a very short notice headliner at the Cluny. They played their new album in full. And what an album it is. This band just knows how connect with a crowd and the atmosphere was fab as everyone there was clearly there for their love of TOF.
They play another show at Cluny in October so it you missed this one 😁! I know I will be there even if I'm jetlagged coming back from Japan 😆 by @mandynaum

2000 Trees 2026

Another scorching but unforgettable weekend at @2000trees_festival has come and gone . So many bands, so many laughs, so much complaining about heat and so much water consumed alongside bucky and whatever else. 😂
Big shout out to @rossdoran89 for coming along for the ride for the first time and being the best guy a girl could wish for all weekend ❤️
Also loved having so many other familiar faces around me all weekend and sharing these moments with you. Specially @matthew.middleton94 who has been putting up for coming to trees with me for the last 5 years 😂 💜 Also big up our drive and camp crew @da_runlet , @therenwickproject & co - loved spending time with you all. 🏕️
I couldn't be more grateful and having a festival like Trees every year really makes everything else seem less important. There is so much goodness in this place and the people really make it what it is - amazing.✨
See you again next year for the 20th anniversary 🥳 taken in 2000 Trees Festival by @mandynaum

2000 Trees 2026 - Saturday 11th July

The last day and potentially the most packed for me. With still barely any cloud in the sky and temps hitting 30 degrees we powered on with pints of water and shots buckfast - everything is good when you're at the best festival on this planet @2000trees_festival (and then England played and wonsome football)

@battlesnakeband - had to see them again after that silent disco set and the carnage was just as epic on the mainstage!

@bicuriousbandofficial - lush seeing these guys again and boogying to their infectious tunes

@lastelleband - loved them at Veritas fest a few weeks ago and their set was even more epic here. Mind blown! Such great energy!

@dead.pioneers - was really hyped to see these. Love their authenticity , superb tunes.

@highregardpop - always a joy, these guys are so much fun.

@aseverythingunfolds - so many tunes, so much energy. Always a great show to get bouncing to!

@marmozets - even in that heat I wasn't gonna miss the return of these legends. Absolutely epic performance!

@dpuofficial (part) - biggest clash of the day and almost couldn't pull myself away from their set half way. The tent was rammed with people and dinosaurs up for a good time that's for sure.

@Codyfrostmusic - so so happy to finally see Cody again. Mesmerising voice and insane tunes. Loved every minute.

@Neckdeepuk - a deserved headliner. Bangers start till end and an epic way to end the weekend

After the neck deep set we stayed to watch the England match on the big screen. If you know me, you know I don't care much for football but there was something so mad about seeing this huge crowd watching the match together and of course celebrate that win....gosh we were tired tho 😂 what a weekend! taken in 2000 Trees Festival by @mandynaum

2000 Trees 2026 - Friday 10th July

By Friday the lack of quality sleep and intense heat was taking its toll. Sadly I had to take some longer time outs during the intense heat and missed some bands I really wanted to see. But once the sun went down the energy returned for a class night including mine and @matthew.middleton94 's annual hang the DJ silent disco shenanigans at @2000trees_festival 😂

@twatunion - absolutely brilliant set to start the day, what a hoot!

@glassbridgesuk - huge tunes and energy. Loved it!

@nervusmusic - a superb set with some great tunes to move to!

@overgrown_band_ - lads from North east/Scotland smashing it big time!

@thescratchmusic - picked by @rossdoran89 and ended up enjoying these so much despite the crazy heat at that time that almost finished me off! Worth it!

@arcaneroots - bounced back just in time to catch the revival of this band that had passed me by until now. Huge tunes. Right up my street wow!

@funeralforafriend - wasn't a huge fan back in the day but enjoyed this set a lot. Lead singer from Holding absence doing an insane job!

@Battlesnakeband (silent disco) - the most memorable set of the day from the band that I have missed seeing countless times but gosh was it worth it. The silent disco set just made it even crazier and I was hooked started to end (so much so we made sure to catch em again on the mainstage on Saturday!) taken in 2000 Trees Festival by @mandynaum
