C’est ce qu’ils pensaient.

Beaucoup attendaient que je m’effondre.
Que je reconnaisse mes torts.
Que je rentre, vaincue.

Je suis partie avec mes deux enfants.
Une valise. Une décision. Et zéro garantie.

Ils pensaient que je faisais « un acte égoïste. »

Ils pensaient surtout, sans jamais le dire, que je n’y arriverais pas.

Aujourd’hui en Géorgie , ma fille graduate avec tableau d’honneur dans une classe avancée.

Avec une mère qui n’a pas abandonné le navire.
Avec une mère qui s’est tenue debout dans la tempête.

Égoïste ?

Non.

Une mère qui a refusé de transmettre à ses enfants
l’art de se trahir.

Une mère qui a osé montrer à sa fille qu’on peut tout reconstruire.

Pour toutes les mamans qu’on a jugées d’avoir choisi.

Pour celles qui sont parties sans qu’on les croie.

2025 m’a confirmé une chose :
Quand une décision est claire,
la vie ne traîne pas.

Cette année n’a pas été
une accumulation de choses.
Elle a été un changement d’identité.

Un nouveau nom.
Un corps transformé par une grossesse de plus.
Un nouvel enfant.
Une nouvelle place, comme femme et comme mère.

Et oui,
une nouvelle identité officielle :
Green Card approved. 🇺🇸

Mais ce que peu de gens voient,
c’est que tout commence bien avant.

Avant les papiers.
Avant les confirmations.
Avant que ce soit visible.

Cette année,
j’ai pris une décision claire
sur qui je choisissais d’être.
Et quand l’identité est claire,
le réel s’organise vite.

Ce que tu vois ici
n’est pas de la chance.
C’est une cohérence
entre l’intérieur et l’extérieur.

2025 a été une année de renaissance pour moi.🤍

🇺🇸2025 confirmed one thing for me:
when a decision is clear,
life doesn’t hesitate.

This year wasn’t about accumulating things.
It was a shift in identity.

A new last name.
A body transformed by another pregnancy.
A new child.
A new place, as a woman and a mother.

And yes,
a new official status:
Green Card approved. 🇺🇸

What most people don’t see
is that it all starts much earlier.

Before the paperwork.
Before the confirmations.
Before anything becomes visible.

This year,
I made a clear decision
about who I was choosing to become.
And when identity is clear,
reality reorganizes quickly.

What you see here
isn’t luck.
It’s coherence
between the inner world and the outer one.

2025 was a year of rebirth for me.

A little Europe, a lot of good moments. 🇫🇷✨

Our Oui Oui Madame community outing took us through the European Market at @buckheadvillagedistrict tasting paella and French cheese, discovering local makers, speaking a little French, laughing a lot… and even leaving with a few unexpected discoveries along the way.

Nothing overly planned.
Just women meeting, exploring and letting connection happen naturally.

And honestly? That’s exactly what I want Oui Oui Madame to feel like.

Culture. Places. Conversations. Real-life connection.

I’m officially starting my 12-week body transformation. ✨💪🏽

Almost 16 months postpartum and still breastfeeding, my fitness journey is about gaining weight, building muscle, improving my posture and feeling stronger.

Postpartum fitness looks different for everyone. For me, it’s about building back up.

As a French woman, I’ve always been fascinated by American fitness culture: the coaching, the structure, the transformations. Working with an American personal trainer has been on my wish list for years. Now that I’m building my life in the U.S., I’m finally experiencing it for myself.

I’m taking on this chapter in collaboration with Coach Queue @built_by_structure . Thank you for guiding me through my assessment and first workout — excited to build from here! 💪🏽

This video captures my starting point: assessment done Wednesday, first session completed Friday, and the journey is officially underway.

Over the next 12 weeks, I’ll share the training, nutrition, progress and lessons along the way.

I’m also open to fitness, wellness, nutrition and lifestyle collaborations that fit this journey.

Je voulais juste aller laver la voiture… 😂🇺🇸

Et puis tu te rappelles que tu vis aux États-Unis, où même un car wash peut se transformer en attraction d’Halloween. 🎃💀

Épouvantail à l’entrée, squelettes géants, déco partout… et tout ça juste pour aller laver la voiture. 😭

C’est exactement le genre de petites différences culturelles que j’adore découvrir depuis que je vis ici : transformer quelque chose de complètement banal en véritable expérience.

Je sais pas si c’est moi mais les Américains ne font vraiment JAMAIS les choses à moitié. 😂

[Fr] Certaines décisions changent bien plus que notre adresse. 🇺🇸

Quand je suis partie, je savais ce que je quittais. Pas encore tout ce que j’allais découvrir, vivre, construire… ni les portes qui allaient s’ouvrir en chemin.

Et c’est peut-être ça que j’aime le plus dans cette nouvelle vie : elle continue de me surprendre.

D’ailleurs… une nouvelle page vient tout juste de s’écrire. 🤍

Il y a des choses que personne ne te raconte avant de partir. 🇺🇸

Ce jour-là, on venait simplement chercher des fournitures scolaires.
Ils sont repartis avec leurs sacs remplis, des snacks… et même une paire de baskets. 🥹👟

Ça peut sembler être un détail. Mais quand tu reconstruis une vie ailleurs avec tes enfants, ce sont parfois ces petits moments qui te rappellent pourquoi tu as fait ce choix. 🤍

Et plus je découvre cette vie, plus j’ai envie de vous montrer tout ce qu’on ne voit pas forcément depuis l’autre côté de l’Atlantique.

Il y a un moment où la vie que tu imaginais devient simplement… ton quotidien. 🇺🇸

Cette rentrée avait une saveur particulière : ma fille faisait son entrée au collège… et rejoignait son grand frère dans la même école. 🥹🤍

Et en la regardant commencer cette nouvelle année ici, accueillis avec des pompons, un micro et des “Welcome!”, j’ai eu ce petit moment de réalisation :

On vit vraiment ici.🥹

Ce qui était autrefois un projet d’expatriation est devenu leur quotidien. Le bus jaune, l’école américaine, les nouvelles traditions… tous ces petits détails qui, il y a encore quelque temps, appartenaient à une vie qu’on imaginait seulement que nos vision boards.

Des moments comme celui-là me rappellent pourquoi j’ai fait ce choix.

Et si les États-Unis font aussi partie de tes projets, j’ai créé mon guide expatriation avec les informations et les étapes que j’aurais aimé avoir avant de me lancer.

Some traditions don’t disappear.
They just find a new season. 🤍

Back home, her birthday always meant summer vacation.

Now, it comes right before the first day of school.

Different country.
Different calendar.
Same love.
Same celebration.

Maybe that’s what creating a home really is:
keeping what matters… while making room for new traditions.

A new life comes with so many firsts. 🎢

This was my first time at Six Flags Over Georgia, and these are a few things that caught my attention along the way.

Some details made the day easier, others taught me what I would do differently next time — like choosing a meeting point before separating from the group. 😅

But overall, I loved how family-friendly the experience was. Even my one-year-old found ways to enjoy the day with us. 🤍

Another new place explored. Another memory added to this new chapter.✨
