If you’re new here, this is who I am and what I do:
👋 🫶🐴✨
I’m a busy mother of two, a horse enthusiast, a dental assistant, and a personal development Queen. I understand what it means to balance family, work, responsibilities, & personal goals while still wanting to grow, learn, and create more possibilities for the future.

I empower ambitious women, especially working mothers and women balancing full lives, who want to grow beyond their current circumstances, develop new skills, and create greater financial flexibility without putting their values or responsibilities aside.

Through practical education, step by step guidance, and tools for building an online business through social media, I help women strengthen their confidence, pursue additional income, and turn their goals into purposeful action. With support from a growth minded community, they develop the skills, mindset, and consistency needed to move beyond self doubt and build a sustainable path forward.

As someone who is constantly committed to personal development, I believe growth is not about becoming someone else, it’s about becoming more confident, capable, and intentional in the life you are already building.

My mission is to show women that they do not have to choose between appreciating the life they have today and creating more freedom for tomorrow. By learning, taking intentional action, and building an online business aligned with their values, they can expand their possibilities, increase their choices, and create a future shaped by their goals and dreams.

It’s been awhile since I’ve introduced myself on here, so let me take a moment to do just that.
First & foremost. I’m a mother. I’m a mama. I’m called bro on several occasions during any given week day, and I’m reminded of how much I love my kiddos each & everyday when we’re rushing out the door for yet another sports activity. 😜
In all honestly, I would drop everything for the kids. I have before, & I’ll continue to do so until the day that I die. Why? Because I made them and I want to show them how to live a great life. One where you don’t need to unlearn traumas that your parents provided you. And damn it, if that ain’t a task, I don’t know what is. 🫣
I have handled a great deal of my life alone, independently. And it’s not that i haven’t tried to have a family, but things have not aligned for me quite yet, and that’s okay. It’s butterfly season, Ella Langley tells me all the time. So I’m unbothered, and know that will come in divine timing.🦋 ✨
So what else? I’m a gym girlie, a tiny beast if I must say so. Working on progress, not perfection every day.
I love being outdoors, hiking to a waterfall, driving on a logging road way up in the mountains listening to my favorite songs.
I never leave the house without my cup of coffee with no lid, because I like to live life a little on the edge. 😂
I work hard for this life. One that feels good, is healthy for my kids & I, and together we have the most fun. They’re my favorite humans, even when they get an attitude or call me bro. Usually it’s just because they’re hangry, like me. 😂
I’m that gal that is down for some fun or helping you get something done. Or talking forever. I’ve never been a surface talk type gal. We’ll be talking about deep life things or whatever over here. No real boundaries for talking it out.
I am a cowgirl, but I have no horse. She made it to heaven. This caption keeps cutting me short so please see the comments below for the rest of this. 🫶 by @mandyoriet

Let’s get one thing straight.

This isn’t an MLM.
There are no cold calls.
No chasing friends and family.
No begging people to buy something.

But there IS an investment.
There IS a learning curve.
There IS work involved.

And there absolutely has to be a willingness to believe in yourself before anyone else does.

This is about building something through social media, developing valuable skills, learning how to serve people, and creating opportunities through the effort you put in.

Because here’s what I believe:

The money follows the value you bring.

You don’t need to be famous.
You don’t need thousands of followers.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.

You need grit. A willingness to grow. The humility to learn. And the belief that your current circumstances don’t have to dictate your future.

I’m looking for women who are ready to think bigger, invest in their growth, and stop talking themselves out of opportunities before they’ve even explored them.

If you’re open to learning what this business actually looks like, let’s have a conversation.

DM me “OPPORTUNITY” and let’s see if it’s the right fit.

YOU CAN’T CREATE A DIFFERENT LIFE WITH THE SAME MINDSET.

Read that again.

Sometimes it’s not a lack of opportunity.
It’s not a lack of resources.
It’s not even a lack of time.

Sometimes it’s the fear of being seen trying.
The fear of failing.
The habit of putting everyone else’s needs before your own.
The belief that you need to have everything figured out before you take the first step.

And sometimes? It’s getting so comfortable with the life you’ve learned to manage that you forget you’re allowed to want MORE.

I know what it’s like to work full-time, raise two kids, run from one responsibility to the next, and still have a vision for something bigger.

I’m not waiting for life to slow down before I build something for myself.

I’m learning, growing, showing up, and creating opportunities alongside the life I already have.

Because I refuse to let my current circumstances determine my future potential.

Here’s something I want you to think about:

What if the thing you’re avoiding is actually the thing that changes everything?

You don’t need another year of wishing.
You need to get honest about what’s holding you back and decide what you’re willing to do differently.

I’m curious…

What’s ONE mindset shift you know you need to make to get closer to the life you envision?

Let’s talk. ❤️

#MindsetMatters #WomenInBusiness #PersonalGrowth #BuildYourFuture by @mandyoriet

Sometimes, the biggest thing standing between you and the success you want… is you.

And I don’t say that to be harsh. I say it because I strongly believe that understanding what blocks you from your own success is one of the most important parts of personal growth.

Is it fear of failing?
Fear of what people might think?
Doubting your own abilities?
Waiting until everything feels perfect?
Staying comfortable because stepping outside of what you know feels intimidating?

Or maybe it’s the belief that you’re not capable of creating something bigger for yourself.

Here’s what I’ve learned: You can’t change what you’re unwilling to acknowledge.

Sometimes success starts with getting honest with yourself. Recognizing the patterns, challenging the beliefs, and making the decision that you’re no longer going to let the same things hold you back.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to take the first step.

So let me ask you something…

If the one thing standing between you and the life you’re working toward could be identified today, would you be willing to face it and do something about it?

Because your next chapter might require a different version of you. ❤️

If you’re ready to start thinking differently, growing differently, and exploring what’s possible, DM me the word GROW. Let’s start a conversation.

Sunday evening. 🤎

A day well spent, filled with the things that matter most.

Quality time with family, a lovely dinner with my parents and their grandkids, and the football awards banquet. Such a bittersweet way to close out the season.

My son met some pretty incredible people through trying a new sport this year. People who became some of his favorites. While he didn’t get the opportunity to properly finish out the season, I’m grateful for the friendships, memories, and experiences he gained along the way. ❤️

A little time in the kitchen tonight, too. Baking, getting my dough ready, and preparing to make an artisan sourdough boule tomorrow morning before work. There’s something so rewarding about slowing down and making something from scratch.

These are the days I want to remember. The little moments, the family dinners, the new experiences, the traditions we’re creating.

A full heart, a grateful spirit, and another week ahead.

Life is made up of these little moments. Don’t forget to enjoy them. 🤍

⏰ An extra hour today. 61 days left in 2026.

Let that sink in for a minute.

Daylight savings has me thinking… we can either use this season as an excuse to slow down, or use it as a reminder that there’s still TIME to make things happen.

61 days.

61 opportunities to show up differently.
61 days to get disciplined.
61 days to make moves on the goals we’ve been talking about all year.
61 days to become a little more of the person we’ve been working toward.

I’m not interested in coasting into the end of this year and telling myself I’ll start again in January.

I’m choosing TENACITY.

I’m choosing consistency when motivation fades.
I’m choosing to protect my goals, prioritize my growth, and make decisions that align with the future I’m building.

I’m still balancing motherhood, my career in dental assisting, and building my online business. And I’m not waiting for life to magically get less busy before I go after what I want.

The calendar doesn’t decide when you get serious about your dreams. YOU DO.

So here’s your reminder: There’s still time. There’s still opportunity. There’s still so much you can accomplish before this year closes.

Let’s make these last 61 days COUNT. 🔥

Who’s finishing this year stronger than they started?

#EndOfYearMindset #Tenacity #PersonalGrowth #BuildYourFuture #FinishStrong by @mandyoriet

I’ve learned that protecting my energy isn’t selfish. It’s necessary. 🤍

Not everything deserves a reaction. Not everyone deserves access to me. And not every situation deserves a piece of my peace.

I’m in a season of being intentional about what I allow into my life. The conversations I entertain, the environments I surround myself with, the people I give my time to, and even the thoughts I choose to hold onto.

I’m a mom, I’m building a future, I’m growing as a woman, and I’m working toward a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

I don’t have the energy to entertain unnecessary drama, explain my boundaries, or shrink myself to make other people comfortable.

I’m choosing peace. I’m choosing growth. I’m choosing people who pour into me as much as I pour into them.

And if that means becoming a little more selective with my time and access to me, so be it.

Not everyone will understand your boundaries, and that’s okay. They’re not there to make everyone else comfortable. They’re there to protect the person you’re becoming. 🤍

What are you no longer willing to sacrifice your peace for?

🎃 GOOD MORNING & HAPPY HALLOWEEN! 🏈🍂

Before the costumes, candy, and Halloween festivities begin, we have a football game to attend! My son isn’t out of the woods with his concussion yet unfortunately, but we are going to support nonetheless.❤️

A crisp fall morning, the sun slowly making its way up, a little chill in the air, and a whole day of memories waiting to be made.

Honestly, these are the days I love. The busy ones, the simple ones, the ones spent cheering on our kids and soaking up all the little moments in between.

Football first, Halloween fun next! 👻

Wishing everyone a safe, fun, and memory-filled Halloween! 🧡

I’m not showing up here every day for likes, comments, or views. I’m showing up because I know what’s possible when a woman decides to bet on herself.

I show up because I know what it feels like to want more out of life but not know where to start.

I show up because there are women scrolling right now who are just like I was. Working hard, raising their families, juggling a million responsibilities, and quietly wondering if there’s another way.

I show up because I believe in expanding our income, investing in ourselves, and creating opportunities beyond the life we’ve always known.

I show up because I’m building something alongside my dental assisting career, and I want other women to see that you don’t have to have everything figured out or walk away from what you’re doing to start building something of your own.

And most importantly, I show up because someone’s next chapter might start with a post they almost scrolled past.

I’m not here to convince everyone. I’m here to share what I’m learning, what I’m building, and what’s possible when you decide to bet on yourself.

If you’re a woman who knows there’s more waiting for her, I hope you stick around. There’s room for you here. 🤍

There’s something so refreshing about a quiet day at home. 🫶

Since conferences wrapped up, I’ve had the house to myself, the kids are out doing their thing, and I’ve been soaking up a little uninterrupted time.

A little studying, a work training call, catching up on things around the house that have been sitting on my to-do list… and just having the space to focus without feeling pulled in ten different directions.

Sometimes productivity looks like checking off a million things. Other times, it’s simply having the breathing room to get back on track.

Today, I’m extra thankful for these quiet little catch-up days. The ones that give you a chance to reset, refocus, and feel a little more accomplished. 🫶

Hope everyone is having a beautiful Friday! 🍂

My WHY is bigger than the hours in my day. And some days, I feel every single one of them.

My weekdays are filled to the brim.

Early mornings. Getting the kids up, dressed, fed, and out the door. Remembering all the little things, making sure nobody forgets anything, and somehow getting myself to work on time.

Then I clock in.

And it’s go, go, go until I finally clock out.

But my day isn’t over.

It’s sports practices, activities, dinner, homework, laundry, conversations, and making sure my kids know they’re loved and that I’m present, even when I’m running on empty.

And somewhere in between all of that, I’m building something of my own.

Because I want MORE.

Not just more money. More TIME.

I want mornings that don’t feel like a race against the clock. I want to be able to show up for the little moments without calculating what I have to sacrifice to make it happen.

I want to give my kids experiences, opportunities, and a childhood where they see what’s possible when you believe in yourself and are willing to work for something bigger.

I want them to understand that success isn’t about depending on someone else to show up for you.

It’s about learning to show up for yourself.

I’ve fallen down more times than I can count. And every time, I’ve picked myself back up. Stronger, wiser, and more determined.

But here’s something I’ve realized…
