Eleven years gone today and not a day goes by that I don’t miss you and wonder what life would be like for us today if you were still here.

I still miss:
Your big beautiful smile
Your strong manly hands
Your wonderfully tight hugs
Your hearty laugh
Your kiss
The way you looked at me
The way you always said, “Welcome home Ruthie Roo!”
Your perfectly round booty
Your scent
And a list of other things both big and small

It was nice to visit with you today. I love you forever and I will always be your lobster 🦞

💜💀🧡

Happy heavenly birthday to this beautiful soul. 🎂🥹🙌🏼

Even if he were taken today on what would’ve been only his 54th birthday, he would’ve been taken from us way too soon.

God how love the day you were born! I’m still your lobster, Boo! 💜🦞

We had such a good time enjoying the holiday lights show at @cantignypark even though the temps were in the single digits and the windchills were likely below zero. But as they say, “there’s no bad weather, there are only bad clothes!”

Cantigny is a 500-acre estate formerly owned by Colonel Robert McCormick (namesake of McCormick Place). The park is a museum, education center, and golf course with walking trails and gorgeous gardens.

Afterwards, my friends and I enjoyed a nice warm meal at @theburgersocial with delicious eggnog milkshakes!

So fun to enjoy festive holiday activities with great people, like @smartinocoaching and @terikompare
