Happy 51st birthday, to me 🥂

Birthdays are like NYE... A glance at what we accomplished and what's up next. For instance, I used the F word 2,555 times in my 50th year, so let's fucking aim for over 3000 this year 🎉
I am feeling vibrant, strong, and ready for adventure with my family and all my favourite energetic souls in tow.
My time is a non-renewable resource, and I’m investing it only in what actually brings joy, fulfillment, and great company.

In August, a friend talked me in to doing something totally out of my comfort zone. I'm so thankful she did, because I AM SO FUCKING PROUD OF MYSELF!!
The last time I "ran" 5k was probably 7th grade because we had to for gym class.
I set a goal to do a 5km before I turned 51 (Oct 16). What an incredible gift to give yourself. The knowledge that your body and mind can do hard things.

Thank you,Tammy. Now to work on that time for the next month for the N89 Trail Run!
