🐶👹🔥 A lifetime of dealing with demonic forces haunting the ranch still hadn’t prepared him for this. Hoards of grotesque clumps of meat and bone and ash crawled out from every fiery crack. He was terrified, even more than usual. But there was no time to think. Eustace and Muriel had been taken from him, dragged to the lowest depths of Hell, and there was only one way to get them back. Rip and tear, until it is done.

His body was acting from pure adrenaline, and he knew they were close. Through the noxious sulphur and splattering brains, he could smell their clothes, and hear them screaming his name, “Courage!”. Just this once… he wanted to deserve it.

🧽⚔️🍔 He had been taken in as a tattered sponge on the battle field, given new purpose, taught the ways of the Krabby Pattie. All who faced Supunjo were finely sliced, grated, and finally put to the flame. In burgers and warfare alike, hesitation is defeat.

“Nothing but a monkey after all…” 🐒

The professor’s reflection stared back at him from the million shattered shards of vials and tubes. Eyes filled with rage, arm burning with maniacal power. This lab is exactly where it all began. His quest to create “perfect” humans. There were many attempts before Blossom, Bubbles & Buttercup; the backyard was filled with failed experiments that barely counted as humans, let alone super humans. Until one day the professor’s pet monkey spilled an extra ingredient into the concoction, Chemical X. And 3 “perfect” little girls were born. Along with one intelligent, jealous monkey.

Mojo Jojo eventually came to believe that the existence of “perfect” beings only highlighted the flaws of imperfect beings. It’s true in his younger years he resented the Powerpuff Girls, they stole his only family after all, but killing them was not an act of selfishness. It was to end something that never should have begun. To restore balance to an imperfect world. Humans were not destined for perfection, they wouldn’t know what to do with it, because underneath the science and the power, a human is nothing but a monkey after all…

🎨 Art vs Artist 👩‍🎨
Yep, I made exactly 0 personal pieces of art this year, and somehow it still felt infinitely busy. 🥲 and while it’s embarrassing to be called an artist when one barely makes art, on the bright side I SAW a lot of great art that you made. Illustrations and animations and games and performances and writing and products and films that were infinitely inspiring, so thank you, to all who created delicious things throughout the year for me to enjoy and be in awe of. ❤️
I hope I’ll return the favour next year.

🧙‍♀️💝🥘 Collecting hearts to some was a casual pastime, to others a morbid obsession, but to one nomadic witch, it was the prime ingredient for a dangerously flavourful and intoxicating soup. Candle the cat did not much care for it.

Trying a new format of showing art process, is it worth the extra time? ⌛️🧐

👹⚔️🤘 The young sickly prince knew his history books. The vow of his knights, the crest of his kingdom, all dedicated to the eradication of these blasphemous sounds, said to be the source of an unending plague. But the prince was curious to hear it himself, the forbidden sound of this so called, heavy metal. Before the chapel guards returned, he had but a few moments alone with mysterious artefact that started this whole crusade. After nervously fidgeting with the inky black tablet inscribed with its terrifying warning, “Sick Beats Vol.3”, he lodged it firmly into its place and stabbed play.

🏁👩‍🎤💥 To Eula’s relief, the Megolodrone Race Jury had ruled that having eye implants did not, in fact, count as “cheating”. Given that using guns during a race was not considered cheating either, this seemed appropriately fair to the impatiently hooting audience. Eula didn’t use guns. She thought them a barbaric addition to a civilised sport; dangerous philosophy which she inherited from her late father, bundled with his stained jacket and helmet. “Self-defence is irrelevant if you’re so far ahead”, he used to say. And now, he doesn’t say anything. by @manekdsilva

First draft of an obscure SpongeBob X Sekiro poster I’m working on. Leave “I don’t understand” in the comments 👇

My previous year's resolution was completely forgetting Instagram, I smashed it, 10/10. New year, opposite resolution, stop being precious about Instagram. Post literally anything that is cool, regardless of whether it’s finished. Quantity over quality. Now I don’t yet know what “cool” is, so until I figure that out, my highest priority will be corrupting our childhood memories one at a time.

So anyway, tell, what’s been happening on Instagram?

“One, all-knowing mind...” 🧠

After absorbing Mandark’s brain into his own, Dexter became the most intelligent being to ever live.

But as part of the process, he also absorbed Mandark’s fears and insecurities. He absorbed vivid childhood memories, incomplete aspirations, conflicted emotions. Over the next few weeks, hiding from authorities, wanted for kidnapping and murder, Dexter became increasingly miserable. His small frail body burdened with the thoughts of two geniuses who hated each other.

But this had to be done. There was not much time left. Even if there was a minuscule chance, that with one, all-knowing mind, Dexter could figure out how to bring movement back to his sister’s limbs. He had to try…

✨SWIPE FOR PROGRESS!✨👉

As of Jan 1st 2021, there are 6,542 satellites orbiting Earth. Only half of them are actually active. We so eagerly launched stuff into space for maps and on-demand TV, that we’ve managed to fill LITERAL NOTHINGNESS with garbage that no one is really responsible for.

And this is only the beginning, space tourism and satellite internet are high priorities for the two richest people on the planet (sup @jeffbezos & Elon Musk). But scientists are complaining that our most powerful telescopes are experiencing exponential amounts of light interference the more shiny satellites we launch into orbit. Which is a hilarious irony, that the more excited we get about irresponsible space commercialisation, the less we’re actually be able to learn about space. 🚀

We may have entirely destroyed the beaches, but at least we got some SEXY HATS 🤠 I avoid showing people and faces in these pieces, because it becomes tempting to blame THEM for destroying the scenic view. But without any other people in the frame, now there’s just you, and me, and the cost of our luxury. 💎 by @manekdsilva
