Um agradecimento especial ao David e a todos os bodyboarders que me tiraram da água, ao André, por me ter acompanhado ao hospital, à equipa de nadadores-salvadores pela ajuda e a todos os profissionais de saúde do hospital que têm cuidado de mim. Obrigado por estarem lá quando foi preciso 🤍

I’ve been bodyboarding since I was 10.
But honestly, what you ride has never really mattered to me.
I’ll be in the water yelling “BOOOORA!” when a surfer goes for a big one, or getting stoked watching some kid from a surf school stand up for the first time.
Because at the end of the day, bodyboarder or surfer, beginner or pro — we’re all here for the same reason.
To enjoy the ocean, catch some waves and have a good time.
Respect the ocean. Respect each other. Know the rules.
