Just like that, here comes 2026!

It's quite hard to believe that 2025 loaded its truck without waiting to get its fair share of dealings from me. It painted me 'red.'

But 2026? Oh! I'm standing so tall with my brushes, ready to paint it unapologetically blue.

In all honesty, 'that year' didn't give me such a smooth ride like I envisaged.

In the middle of one of those nights, it tapped me gently by the shoulder and asked me questions I didn't have answers to.

Then it lifted me, not gently, and placed me in rooms that demanded consistent efforts. attempts, patience - you know, one that requires neither flinching nor quitting (because they are never part of the options.)

Many of the doubts and fears were carried between ordinary days and silent, teary conversations with God. But guess what? I never knew that something was happening quietly. Now I realise that I didn't end 2025 the same way I started it.

'That year' instilled in me deeper levels of faith, discipline, patience, consistency, purpose, and intentionality. So, entering the doors of 2026 is with a manifestation of these qualities.

I’m stepping into this year more grounded, more aware, and more intentional. Not chasing noise, but sticking to that which matters.
Steadily applying the lessons and choosing progress that lasts.

Here's to a prosperous new year filled with remarkable achievements! 🥂
