Washington has no shortage of exclusive clubs, but Manifest 002 feels like something else entirely. The new Union Market outpost of the beloved barbershop-slash-social hub stretches across nearly 10,000 square feet, combining grooming, fashion, dining, and cocktails under one impeccably designed roof. Architecturally, it is fresh and light-filled, a striking contrast to the city’s typical marble-and-mahogany haunts. Chef Erik Bruner-Yang’s restaurant anchors the experience with a menu built around connection and comfort, while the boutique mixes Rick Owens and Marni with streetwear and sneakers that speak to D.C.’s eclectic style. As cofounder K.J.
