Ignore what my hand is doing here, just how you ignore your mental health. by @maniksibal

It’s never going to be about the amount of trophies you won, or the goals you scored, or how amazing you were in the world’s top 3 leagues and conquered English, Spanish, and Italian football. It’s never going to be about how astonishingly well you kept your fitness at the top level when players 10 years younger than you got injured and never came back to the game.

It will never be about the long-range bazookas, or the unthinkable free kicks, or giving the ball to you for a penalty knowing you would deliver. It wasn’t about the headers where you were flying as high as an NBA player, or scoring bicycle kicks like a gymnast.
For me, you will always be my GOAT for never giving up and being the most reliable player.

When the world was against you, you chose to get back up and prove them wrong.
When the critics were chanting, “Too far for Ronaldo to think about it,” you shut them up.

The debate about the GOAT will never be about the statistics for me, or trophies, or any other arguments.
You made me and a billion other kids fall in love with football and kept us entertained and engaged for almost two decades.

Your Celebration SIIIUUUUUU is used by a lot of football players and in every other sport , not because its a cool way to celebrate but infact its a way to celebrate you and your legacy, ‘CR7’

It’s more than football. You taught me that with enough hard work and dedication, anything is possible. You don’t have to be naturally gifted if you can keep pushing hard, day after day.

I was 10 when I first saw you play, and 16 years later, I still get excited to watch you play.

I don’t care if you didn’t win the World Cup.
The world will always remember the legend called Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro

See you again at the pitch, reaching 1000 soon

P.S. The only regret I will ever have is never getting to see you play in real life. by @maniksibal
