IFBB VIC STATE SHOW 🥇🥈🥈

This experience has been a dream come true for me, and I wanted to share my thoughts and blessings behind this journey.

Started prep severely “behind” and had to drop more than 15kgs to get to stage condition was hard, so hard in fact I remember waking up in the middle of the night sobbing, crumbling from the internal pressure and self doubt I put on myself. Days that I confide in Maly telling her how sorry I was because I conscious of the fact that I was a different person, between giving all my time to ticking the boxes at the gym, to providing my absolute best to the 150+ clients I see in a week. I wanted to draw a line from my aspirations and responsibilities because I know how selfish of a sport this can be.
But now I’m writing this because I realised I was blind, this journey had been possible with the help and support of many. People who lifted me up when I least expected it and people who believed in me even when I didn’t.

To my partner, my fiancée and my soul mate @chnnmarley. She believed in me from day 1. I remember when I was lost in my uni and wanted to quit and work in labour, she encouraged me to pursue Chiropractic which became my purpose and joy in life. I wanted to quit bodybuilding and gym but she encouraged me to find a coach. She shaped me to the man that I am today and for that I will continue to strive to be the man she can call her husband.

To my coach @teamlegacycoach, who saw my potential and believed in me when I first met him, frustrated, disappointed at my last showing. He gave me the attention and love I didn’t ask for and for that I’m eternally grateful and proud to call him my older brother.

To my friends who held me up and helped me stay accountable with the support even when I look back at my stories at how disgustingly fat I was 🤣

Thank you all. It has been an amazing ride and you will see the better version of me in the near future 🫶🏻
