It’s kinda chic to be part of MMU Netball…

From training and matches to socials, Varsity and everything in between, there’s plenty to get involved in if you join our society in September!!

Have any questions? Drop us a message we’d always love to hear from you!🫶🏼 by @manmetnetball

Today we’re remembering Lydia 💚

Green was her favourite colour, so if you’re able to, wear something green or a green ribbon today in her memory. Our thoughts are with her family and friends.

Forever part of MMU Netball 💚💚💚 by @manmetnetball

THINK PINK, SPREAD AWARENESS 💗🎀

A little look back at everything MMU Netball got up to throughout Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

From turning our training sessions pink, wearing ribbons (and drawing them on!) for our BUCS matches, to fundraising for @cfoc_mmu and using our platform to share educational content, encouraging conversations, we’ve loved seeing everyone get involved. 🩷

A huge thank you to everyone who donated, wore pink, shared our content and helped us spread the message throughout October. Every little bit helps when it comes to raising awareness and encouraging people to get to know their bodies.

And although October may be over, the conversation doesn’t stop here. Keep checking your chest, knowing your normal and looking out for one another. 💗

Thank you for being part of it! - MMU Netball 🫶🏼

NETBALL AID 2026💕

A huge event for the netball community is coming to Birmingham, and we want MMU Netball to be part of it! 👀

Taking place on Sunday 15th November at Utilita Arena Birmingham, Netball Aid celebrates 100 years of netball, bringing together celebrities and sporting stars for a charity netball event in support of Shelter. ❤️

We’re looking for people to come along, show their support and help represent the MMU Netball community! There may even be the chance to feature in TV coverage on the day. 📺👀

Interested in coming? Drop us a message so we can get an idea of numbers and organise a group booking!

📅 Sunday 15th November
📍 Utilita Arena Birmingham
🎟️ Tickets: netballaid.co.uk

Let’s get behind our sport and show up for netball!🏐💕

MMU NETBALL x OKTOBERFEST 🍻🇩🇪

Dirndls, lederhoses and a very committed dress code. A few highlights from this week’s social! Oktoberfest see you same time next year🫶🏼 by @manmetnetball

Check yourself, check your mates 💗

It’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so we’re keeping it simple: get to know your body, check regularly, and if something feels off, see your GP. Early detection makes a massive difference.

Grab a leaflet at training and look after each other 🩷

THREE WEEKS. THREE UNREAL SOCIALS.💙

We’ve got a busy few weeks coming up… and the dress codes are getting better and better!!

🍻 THIS WEEK: OKTOBERFEST
💍 NEXT WEEK: BRIDES & GROOMS x MEN’S RUGBY UNION @manmetrugby
🐸 THE WEEK AFTER: PRINCESSES & FROGS

Start planning the outfits, find your people and get ready for some questionable decisions (all in the name of team bonding, obviously…)

Which one are you most excited for? 👇🏼🤭

THINK PINK WITH MMU NETBALL 💗🏐

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and this week we’re coming together to raise awareness and support @coppafeel @cfoc_mmu

From Monday 19 October, we’re turning our training sessions pink to support this important cause. 💕 Here’s how you can get involved:

🎀 Wear pink to training and donate £2
🩷 Not wearing pink? Donate £4
💌 Donations can also be made through the JustGiving link in our bio!!

On Tuesday 20 October, the CoppaFeel! team will be joining our 6–8pm training session to give a talk, share information and help us learn more about checking our chests. 👀💗

Breast cancer awareness isn’t just about fundraising. It’s about knowing your body, recognising changes and helping others feel confident doing the same.

Let’s get the court pink and make a difference together! 🩷
