Mannequin Records presents two uncompromising reinterpretations of “El Que”, one of D.A.F.’s most iconic and confrontational tracks. Terence Fixmer delivers a pair of remixes that strip the original down to pure pressure and rebuild it for modern sound systems.

The “Leather” Remix stays raw and physical, driven by body-music discipline and relentless momentum. The “Drive Remix” dives deeper and darker, stretching tension into a hypnotic, late-night weapon.

A release that connects the roots of EBM with contemporary techno — functional, direct, and made for the floor.

Two years after their debut on Berlin’s Mannequin Records, Leroy Se Meurt return with their second album, Hier Pour Toujours. Far from nostalgic, the record mirrors the bleakness of our times: history repeats itself, the future looks dark, and the duo’s fierce electronic punk is its perfect soundtrack.

Drum machines set the march, synths flood the space, loops spiral to exhaustion, and vocals lead this orchestra of machines straight into the fire. Leroy Se Meurt sharpen their roots into something even more relentless—bold slogans, narrative fragments, and anthems made to be shouted together.

Hier Pour Toujours isn’t any more optimistic than their debut—but it still insists on belief. The end hasn’t come yet, and maybe, just maybe, there’s still light waiting on the other side.

Among the projects that helped redefine European electro and EBM at the turn of the millennium, Electronic Corporation and heimelektronik remain essential references. Blending machine-driven rhythms, melancholic synth work and an instinctive understanding of the dancefloor, their productions captured a unique moment where classic body music was reimagined for a new era.

The A-side features “Illuminate” and “We Got Velocity”, originally released under the Electronic Corporation moniker, while the B-side collects “My Darkest Sounds” and “Nothing But My Beat” from heimelektronik’s sought-after Electronic Lifeforms EP.

Mannequin Records is proud to present Electronic Corporation 1998–2006 — a collection of rare and long unavailable recordings from German electronic projects heimelektronik and MAS 2008 — tracing back to Electronic Corporation, the small self-run label around the turn of the millennium where Ive Müller, shaped by his years as a DDR-era “Schallplattenunterhalter” assembling sets from taped Western radio, distilled that same sense of limitation and invention into raw, minimal, hardware-driven electronics.

“Soft City” enters the runway.

Originally composed by Bourbonese Qualk in 1986, the track resurfaces for Dries Van Noten Women Autumn/Winter 2026, reimagined as a drifting, introspective score. Synths, drum machines and repetition build a fragile tension between nostalgia and motion, echoing the emotional ambiguity at the core of the collection.

Featuring a vocal reinterpretation by Gala Dragot and a catwalk mix by Senstudio, the piece moves between post-punk minimalism and something more suspended, almost unresolved.

Mannequin Records is proud to present Electronic Corporation 1998–2006, a compilation of rare and long unavailable recordings by the German electronic projects heimelektronik and MAS 2008.

Active around the turn of the millennium, both projects revolve around producer Ive Müller, moving through electro, minimal electronics and machine-driven body music with a raw, stripped-down approach. H.E.I.M. Elektronik, founded in 1996 with Holger Erlenwein, and MAS 2008, Müller’s collaboration with René Kirchner, developed in parallel — distinct but deeply connected through a shared language of analog sequences, cold structures and DIY production.

Müller’s roots trace back to the final years of the DDR, where he worked as a licensed DJ — a “Schallplattenunterhalter” — running a travelling disco across Saxony. With limited access to Western records, music circulated through taped radio broadcasts (RIAS Berlin, NDR2, Bayern3), forming a generation shaped by scarcity, ingenuity and obsession. Together with friends, he operated a “rolling discotheque”: a Wolga pulling a trailer packed with Electro-Voice sound systems sourced through the black market.

Compiled and remastered by Rude 66 from the original sources, Electronic Corporation 1998–2006 documents a lost fragment of German underground electronic culture.
