No matter how the day goes, coming home to her feels like a win. by @manny.zavier
It was an honor to attend the First Annual Big Blue Bash, an event dedicated to honoring and raising funds for the families of fallen officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. I was truly humbled to meet and speak with Director of ICE Tom Lyons, Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, Border Czar Tom Homan, and other distinguished leaders who continue to uphold the values of service, courage, and sacrifice that define our profession. Events like this remind us that behind every badge is a family, a story, and a legacy that deserves to be remembered and supported. #HonorTheFallen #LawEnforcement #HomelandSecurity #BlueFamily #ServiceAndSacrifice #BigBlueBash by @manny.zavier
So not the “things didn’t go as planned” type of guy. I failed miserably in my categories. I’m f@cking pissed, sucks after all I put into it, BUT going to turn the anger at myself into motivation to grow. Turning 53 years old in 23 days. Going to keep pushing like I’m 35. by @manny.zavier
Flew from Boca to the Bronx today just have lunch with my mom. ❤️ The older I get, the more I realize that life’s greatest blessings aren’t things, but moments like these. Sitting across from my mom, seeing her smile, hearing her voice, and just being together. These are the moments I treasure most. F@ck dementia by @manny.zavier

Since 2009, I’ve had the privilege of serving alongside this man on the task force. I’ve seen his dedication to the job, but watching him prepare for his first bodybuilding competition brings a whole new level of respect. The same discipline that makes a great officer makes a great athlete. Proud to call him my brother. NO FAT COPS—SET THE STANDARD! 🇺🇸💪 by @manny.zavier
Like Father, Like Son! 💪🔥 Today was a special one! Got to train with my son and take him through his first bodybuilding posing session. Nothing compares to sharing this passion with my son and watching him grow into the young man he’s becoming. With Air Force boot camp approaching, we’re thinking about taking on one more challenge… stepping on the bodybuilding stage together before he ships out! 🏆 Time is flying 🥲 by @manny.zavier

Every year as September 11 approaches, part of me freezes in time. For those of us who responded to Ground Zero, there are memories that never faded. I remember a place almost completely devoid of color. Everything and everyone covered in the same gray dust. The silence between the noise. And the smell. Something I can only describe as a butcher shop that had caught fire. It is a smell I pray most people will never know, and one that those of us who were there will never forget. I remember the bucket brigades. Hand to hand, bucket after bucket, moving debris and fragments of what had been people’s lives just days before. A photograph. A piece of clothing. Something from an office desk. And sometimes things you knew immediately were not simply debris. Twenty five years later, certain images, sounds and smells can put me right back there. That’s the strange thing about experiencing something like 9/11 firsthand. The calendar keeps moving, but a piece of you remains frozen in that place and time. And September 11 did not stop taking lives when the towers fell. All these years later, we continue to lose first responders to illnesses connected to what they were exposed to at Ground Zero. Friends, coworkers and fellow first responders who survived that day and the days that followed, only to pay a price years later. Vaughn Aiken. Betty Ann Pascarella. Kenneth Doyle. Zacarias Toro. Their names matter. Their lives matter. They are reminders that for thousands of first responders and their families, the toll of September 11 never truly ended. I don’t share this for recognition. I was one of thousands of first responders, service members, volunteers and ordinary Americans who simply went where we were needed. I share it because September 11 should never become just another date in a history book. September 11, 2001 was 25 years ago, but to us it feels like yesterday. Never forget. 🇺🇸 by @manny.zavier
Almost 55....Life happens. Problems come. Keep moving forward. Make your haters work overtime. by @manny.zavier
There are no shortcuts to this stage. Just months of discipline, sacrifice, early mornings, hard training, and unwavering commitment. Watching you step on the Wellness Tampa Pro stage today, the biggest victory wasn’t a placing, it was seeing just how much you’ve improved. Your physique, your confidence, and your presence are on another level because you earned every bit of it. Proud of the work you’ve put in. This is proof that progress is always worth celebrating. This wasn’t the finish line. It was another level unlocked.❤️💪 by @manny.zavier
