Happy Mother's Day to one of God's strongest Warriors and favorite Angels. It's been over 3 years but my heart was especially heavy this week. Only because I know how much you wanted me to walk across that stage and call me Doctor. I kept my promise. I know you're still with us and I can only hope I continue to make you proud.

Before you moved on to the next stage we had some uncomfortable convos. Some convos I wish we never needed to have. But I will always cherish them. Seeing you cry knowing that hope was dwindling is something that will stick with me everyday. It broke me. You fought through so many obstacles in life after they told you that you would never make it this far because of your various medical conditions. You proved them wrong. I thought you and God had one more miracle in store, but He needed you more than we did.

You stayed Faithful through countless trials and tribulations. Thank you for instilling that Faith in me. I love you Mom and like you said, it's only goodbye for now. #MamaWeDidIt by @mannyratedrx
