Turns out that advocating for housing makes for a great party 🎉

Thank you to the advocates, elected officials, Democratic Party leaders, urbanists, home builders, and the many more who keep this movement going 🌇

We’ve got a growing community of people who know San Diego can become a more vibrant & affordable city 🌱

Happy 2026 Summer Soirée! Till the next one 🥳

Thank you to SANDAG and SD City Council President LaCava for speaking to our community of transit supporters about the future of SD’s coastal rail corridor to LA.

The rail corridor is falling into the ocean and SANDAG must move quickly + fight fierce opposition to save it. @Ride_SD has been advocating for urgency and mobilizing supporters to speak up.

Thank you to everyone who came out to our #racethe215 event! And a special thanks to @ride_sd and @bikesd for inviting us into this coalition!

We had over 50 people show up to demand a faster 215! Many of you may not be surprised to hear that WE BEAT THE BUS! Our fastest cyclists beat the bus that left before us! It had a 15 minute head start and it was still too slow!

Join DSA and help us fight for faster transit and a better San Diego!

Take a ride with the Last Stop Society to Nat at Night at the San Diego Natural History Museum in Balboa Park ✨🚌

A little evening adventure, good views, a night at the museum, and maybe a nightcap at @parttimelover.hifi if you’re feeling spontaneous.

Dressed to the Nines on the Blue Line

Welcome to The Last Stop Society, where we worry about what cocktail to order next, not the parking mess. The tank is always full when your DD is MTS; all we need to do is look our best.

Check out this fashion transit spread in Volume 1. ➡️➡️➡️

YIMBYs 🤝 Building Trades

The YIMBY Dems were proud to stand alongside the Building & Construction Trades for a significant step forward in our housing movement 🙌

Together, CA YIMBY and the CA Building & Construction Trades Council are pushing forth a bill with Assemblymember Haney to create more residential high rises in Downtown 🌇

These buildings will provide much needed housing, revitalize Downtowns, and create good-paying jobs to thousands of union workers across the State 👏

We’re grateful for this collaboration and we thank CA YIMBY for their leadership 🫡

“[we want politicians to put] public transit at the forefront of their policies, instead of them catering to car drivers and people who want free parking.”
