POSTS STORIES REELS

@anaparra_7 came to me with reports of neck pain due to an accident during a sport event.

I immediately jumped into work where I evaluated her cervical range of motion, upper extremity strength, posture, and muscle tension.

Upon my evaluation, I started treating all deficits in order to align the joints/spine and relax the tissue.

She reported immediate relief upon the session and stated she would perform the customized program I developed for her. Love hearing these positive stories for clients

An honor to help optimize @movsar_evloev_94 from the @ufc .
Thank you for trusting my skill set with your body — your most valuable asset, both for your career and for life 🤝

Three years ago, when I started my business, I had a vision of working with athletes from all over the world — not just for their physical abilities, but for the mindset behind them.

Athletes are disciplined. Focused. Consistent. They understand patience, long-term gratification, and the quiet work required to reach the top. That mindset is something I deeply resonate with.

These are the people I want to be surrounded by — because our core values align.

Just as an athlete dedicates their life to mastering their craft, I dedicate myself to delivering the highest level of care to every person who walks through my doors.

Grateful to keep pouring into the world, connecting with individuals who strive to excel in every area of life, and helping people move better, live better, and perform at their best.

Working with Movsar Evloev 🤝

@alina_enero contacted me for some neck and back pain relief so I jumped to work.

The session included spine and joint mobilization to improve alignment, tissue release, cupping, red light therapy, and dry needling. All aimed at improving her recovery, eliminating pain, and improving overall well-being.

Contact me if you’re in search of pain management or seeking a body tuneup
