This could not be more accurate!! Growth is uncomfortable, sometimes it feels like a roller coaster 🎢 and other times it feels like you’re climbing a ladder 🪜

Whatever you’re feeling today just remember that it’s not meant to be a straight line. It’s going to be up and down but you can choose to be up or down!

When faced with adversity, you have the choice to look at it from one of two ways:

1. This is breaking me down
2. This is building me up

Truth is... you're faced with your toughest moments before your greatest manifestations. The Universe is testing you to see if you're really willing to do whatever it takes.🫶🏻

Lesson I’ve learnt throughout this journey: Don't fall down, rise above because you'll never be given something you aren't able to overcome!💪

And next time you face adversity, ask yourself "what is the lesson that needs to be learned here?"
