This is one of the countless architectural gems of Mexico City. Welcome to the Biblioteca Vasconcelos. 📚

Walking into it feels like stepping into a dream, or entering a parallel universe. Absolutely everyone is left speechless by its magnificence, no matter how many times you’ve visited. ✨

A lot of people say it reminds them of the library scene in Interstellar — and honestly, I do think they must have been inspired by it for the movie.

💵 Free entry, open Monday to Sunday.

Perched on an extinct volcano just outside San Miguel de Allende, @casa_eterea is one of those places that feels like a dream.

Two houses, two very different experiences:

🪩 The Mirror House — cozy, intimate, and filled with beautiful morning light.

🪩 The Glass House — surrounded by nature, with incredible views over the city and the perfect spot for sunset.

What I loved most was how peaceful everything felt: waking up to the sound of birds, taking a shower surrounded by nature, smelling lavender and rosemary by the pool, and seeing horses and cows wandering around. 🌿✨

A very special place for a quiet escape in Mexico. 🤍

Just a few more days until Mexico takes our breath away with its most beautiful and poetic celebration. It’s been five years since I first had the chance to experience Día de Muertos, and I still can’t get enough of it. 🧡🩷

In five years, Mexico has completely changed the way I see the afterlife. 💀

A few days ago, I realized that, back in my home country, I would never have dared to decorate my home with flowers associated with death, even though I find them beautiful (chrysanthemums). And yet, these days, I buy cempasúchil flowers and little chocolate skulls every year. 💀🧡

One more place in the Mexican highlands that gives me a little taste of the Mexican Dolce Vita. Welcome to Querétaro! 🌚🌝

Querétaro is famous for its historic center, colonial architecture, and beautiful Baroque buildings. 🤍

The Temple of Santa Rosa de Viterbo is absolutely breathtaking, both inside and out.

The Lele dolls, whose name means “baby” in Otomí, come from Querétaro state, and you’ll find them in many of the city’s craft markets. 🧸

You can even spot them at some of the traffic lights around the historic center. 🚦

They make such a beautiful gift for little girls around the world, or for anyone who loves Mexican crafts. 🪅

And beyond its aqueduct, churches, and colorful historic center, I also loved Jardín Hércules, the outdoor beer garden of Cervecería Hércules. 🍺

A perfect spot for beer lovers, especially if you’re into malty beers and IPAs. 🍻
