Hi! If you’re interested in movement, keep reading x As I deepen my curiosity about the body and continue movement practices in my own life, I’ve been feeling pulled to start Somaflow sessions again, in unique and special places every month in SB. I’ve also started up a seriously fun cardio choreo class with @evokemotionsociety , amongst other things I’m creating. As I continue to expand my movement offerings, I’d love to keep those interested in the loop! I will continue to post on IG, but if you’d like to get lil email updates from me about what’s coming up, there’s a link on my profile for you to fill your email. *About this video* The clips above are from Somaflow sessions, which are a really juicy moment for you to explore different types of movement. We tend to start with a more guided section of fluid, circuitous movement that gets you deeply warmed up and dropped into different parts of your body, and then we open up to guided exploration. What might happen in this space? You’ll release tension, expand and open in ways you’re not used to, play around with bodily expression using prompts, listen to good music, connect with wonderful people. And ultimately, you’ll give your body a space to explore and do whatever it needs to do. There’s more to it and it goes so many layers deep, but really that’s what it’s all about.
