Thought I’d put it into the feed as well. The tagged post went across Versus, Brentford FC and Premier League platforms - can’t thank them all enough and it was so well received 🙏🏽 Link to interview: https://lnkd.in/e2mGBWUW

Posted @withregram • @versus Manraj Sucha is a true trailblazer. Brentford’s Academy coach has been on an inspirational journey from grassroots to the highest level of the game.⁣
⁣
Having worked across the English Football pyramid as a coach, a manager and Head of Performance Analysis, he is now on the ‘Premier League Coach Inclusion and Diversity Scheme’ - a joint programme between the @premierleague, @efl and @the_pfa designed to increase the number of Black, Asian and minority ethnic players transitioning into coaching.⁣
⁣⁣
As part of the Premier League’s No Room for Racism initiative, Manraj becomes the fourth coach to sit down with us as part of the ‘Dugout Diaries’, a series that highlights the future of diverse and inclusive professional coaching.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
“The great thing about the scheme is the ability to network with so many coaches across the game and being able to upskill myself in terms of coach education through all of the workshops put on by the Premier League”.⁣
⁣⁣
VERSUS sat down with Manraj to speak about his journey through coaching, how the Premier League has helped him know his importance and why he wants to be an example of what’s possible. Not just to a few, but to many. by @manrajsucha

Throwback to 2016 #Abkhazia #conifaworldcup - an incredible experience in a country that was so difficult to enter due to political reasons but turned out to be a beautiful place!
The picture of the crowd at the final and the pitch invasion sums up the #passion and #emotion of that tournament. #PanjabFA #panjabi #punjabi #nachbaliye #bhangra #represent #goodvibes by @manrajsucha

All the best for the season lads - look after each other. Saw both of you in the last few years - crazy how it works. Great to see you progressing, both such positive people. Sam I can’t find the selfie we took at Forrest and Tate I can’t remember if we got a pic with you, @bennybenagr , @christian.chigozie_ and @jacklorentzen1 when you played against us at Brentford U18s. Will have to link up for a preseason session next year 🔥 (Swipe right for an old pic of Sam and me) by @manrajsucha
