Peak week carbs + post-show meal = straight into the glutes. 🍑🔥

The training principles remain the same, no matter the phase: control, proper execution, and quality over everything.

I believe in sticking to movement patterns that work and building a strong foundation with the basics:
• Abductions
• RDLs
• Squats
• Hip thrusts
• Split squats (not filmed)
• Kickbacks

This entire workout was done on glute-builder machines, focusing on controlled reps, proper technique, and making every movement count.

Different phase, same standards. 💪🏼

10.10. 🇨🇿✨

Yesterday was the day I got to compete at a show I’ve dreamed of stepping on ever since I started my bodybuilding journey. EVLS Prague is considered one of the biggest competitions in Europe. A beautiful stage, world-class organisation, an incredibly high level of competitors, and an amazing atmosphere… everything you could wish for as an athlete.

This is where you find out where you truly stand.

Once again, I’m a winning loser hahah. 😂 A little joke, but not too far from the truth.

But this show, and this result, made me realise what I’m truly made of. That I belong at the highest level. That all these wins aren’t just luck. I’m actually GOOD at this.

Everyone who knows me knows how hard I am on myself. And now, with this confirmation, I’m going into every next show not questioning whether I’m good enough, but with the mindset of showing up and proving that I’m the one who deserves to take home the overall win that day.

In the past year, I’ve won 5 times and stood on the overall stage 5 times. 🥹

I’m SO proud of the package I brought yesterday. And the emotions are just as huge… I don’t give myself enough credit for the achievements I’ve made in this sport. Sometimes, I don’t even realise how far I’ve come and what I’ve already accomplished.

I think it’s time to put an end to this amateur shit this year… 😏

On to the next… 🫶💫🍀🥹

I don’t need to rush to prove that I’m ready. Everything I’ve built is already within me. I step on stage calm, confident, and proud. I don’t compete out of fear of missing my opportunity, but out of trust in who I am becoming. 🍀🫶💫
