We turn our hearts into museums
of the people that we love
to keep them alive inside us.

The river needs to take the risk of entering the ocean because only then will fear disappear because that’s where the river will know it’s not about disappearing into the ocean, but of becoming the ocean.

„Sadness in songs is positive because it brings it out of you; it brings the sadness out.
It’s not that the song makes you feel sad.
The sadness is already there.“

It is all about love, making someone elses existence just a little easier, nothing else matters.

Forest Bathing, Shinrin Yoku. Join me this summer and autumn in the beautiful nature of Austria!

„WHERE THE NOW TOUCHES YOU.“
Feel the rhythm of the forest and rediscover your connection to all that is.
Let the earth ground & nourish you. And weave you into the web of life.
Listen to the voices of nature, breathe in the fresh scents and feel the silence grow within you.
„In the stillness of the forest, you find your true connection.“
„Everything you seek is already here - within you and within nature.“
