問：報道によりますと、日本の高市早苗首相は14日、衆議院予算委員会で、岡田克也元外相が示した「例外的な状況下では米軍による核兵器の日本への持ち込みを認める」との考えについて、「議論の余地がある」と述べ、「非核三原則」に例外を設ける可能性を示唆しました。また、日本維新の会が提案している原子力潜水艦の導入についても、具体的かつ現実的な検討を行う考えを示しました。中国側はこれについてどうコメントしますか。

答：こうした発言は、日本の政権当局が核保有への野心をますます膨らませていることを改めて露呈させました。日本の現政権は核不拡散に関する自国の国際的義務を無視し、核関連の制約を段階的に緩和しようと企て、同盟国との「拡大抑止」の枠組みの強化を絶えず模索し、「非核三原則」を放棄し、原子力潜水艦を導入しようとし、さらには日本に核兵器を配備しようとして、アジアひいては世界の平和と安定を深刻に脅かしています。

戦後の国際秩序を順守し、国際的義務を厳守することについて、日本側にいわゆる「議論の余地」はありません。日本側は国際社会の懸念を直視し、日本軍国主義が犯した歴史的な罪を深く反省し、「再軍事化」と核保有の企てを完全に放棄し、再び国際社会を敵に回すようなことがあってはなりません。

問：先ほど、日本側が原子力潜水艦の導入を検討していることについてコメントされました。日本の小泉進次郎防衛相は、日本は核兵器も戦略爆撃機も保有していない一方、中国はその両方を保有しているにもかかわらず、逆に日本を批判していると述べました。中国側はこれについてどうコメントしますか。

答：第2次世界大戦の敗戦国であり、「核兵器不拡散条約（NPT）」の非核兵器国の締約国でもある日本は、専守防衛政策から逸脱してはならず、核兵器を保有してはなりません。これは国際法上の義務です。歴史と法理の問題について、日本の政治家は学び直す必要があります。 by @maoning_mfa
