History lesson with prof. Mao 👨‍🏫📜

This is Baška Tablet (1100 AD) - the oldest mention of Croatia in history, written in Glagolitic script 🇭🇷

Mao's version (2026) - oldest mention of "give me treats or I will knock this magnet off the fridge" 😾

Certified Croatian cat since 1100. Az opat Držiha would be proud 🤣

Just a small cat from Zagreb, Croatia 🇭🇷

with friends from the USA 🇺🇸, China 🇨🇳, and Australia 🇦🇺
who came to conquer 2.6K hearts ✨

Three followers away from 2.6K and I’m feeling emotional.

We started this page with no idea what We were doing. Just Us and Mao in our tiny apartment in Zagreb, posting his fluffy ears and silly sleeping positions.

We never imagined someone in Texas would say “Mao made my day,” or someone in Sydney would wake up to his photos. Or that so many people in China would love this ginger chaos.

You are not just followers. You are our little worldwide family, proving that love for cats has no borders.

Thank you for 2.6K. For every like, every save, and every DM saying Mao helped you through a bad day.

Next stop — 3K? Let’s get there together 🧡

Where are you watching Mao from? Drop your flag below 👇 I want to see how far we’ve reached!

✨ The secret behind this golden shine?

Everyone asks how Mao's coat is so glossy - and it's NOT a filter!

It's 5 simple things I do every day:

📌 High-quality protein (the #1 game changer)
📌 Omega-3 & 6 - fish oil is magic for fur
📌 Fresh water, every single day
📌 Regular brushing (he actually loves it)
📌 Vet check + lots of love 💛

No expensive products, no fancy tricks. Just consistency and love.

This photo is 100% natural light, 100% Mao - that ear fluff says it all 😍

Save this if you want a shiny cat too! 👇

What does your cat's coat look like? Silky, fluffy or wild? Tell me!
