A little full-circle moment that made my heart so happy. 🥹🤎

This week, I had the honor of speaking to two Principles of Management classes at the University of Tampa about all things HR, leadership, and what working in the field really looks like beyond the textbook!

It’s crazy to think that not too long ago, I was sitting in a college classroom just like theirs, wondering where my own career would take me. Now, getting to share my experiences, lessons learned, and a little encouragement with the next generation of leaders was so special. Thank you for inviting me @maquebamassey 🫶🏾

From my days as a classroom teacher to now growing in the world of Learning & Development, my passion for helping others learn and grow has always been there. It’s amazing to see how God continues to connect the dots, open doors, and use every season of my journey for a greater purpose.

I’m so grateful for moments like these and the reminder that God’s plans are always bigger than anything I could have imagined for myself.

Still learning, still growing, and still walking into everything God has in store for me.

And the best is yet to come. ✨🤍

All Gold Stars ⭐️

To the food I ate, the new connections, ice skating, being served a favorite home made soup by the chef herself, and ending the month on crutches. My January received all gold stars! 😉 by @maquebamassey
