sunnys forever 🌿

spring is springing and I’m back home a lot these days and I’m in love with the neighborhood and the breeze and the flowers and my new perfect baby nephew

and omg did I tell you that this Thursday im kicking off my super special Sunny Spring 1st Thursday Residency @sunnysbarofficial for the next three months?!?!

I love sunnys because sunnys is home so come hang where my heart is so you can be right at home in my living room with me.

This Thursday we’re taking it down to the roots of the blues tree with @heypapavega & michaela gomez on guitar and my brother in blues @howlinhurd on the harp.

Omggg first big band show of the year with @marloniusmusic and it’s at @samfirstbar which is a perfect jazz club and I’m playing the late set @ 9:30PM and it’s an 18-piece band and the arrangements are beyond and it’s a 10 year anniversary celebration for Marlonius Jazz Orchestra and I love singing all these songs for you and for me and for Billie Holiday and I’ll see you on Thursday because it’s a new year and it will make you so happy to be in this small club with this big band smacking you in the face with the best sounds

Ps @leos_playground took all this sick footage on VHS from my first show ever with Marlonius in 2024 and then me & @yendry drank wine and edited this video late Monday night and thank god for women bc I’d be lost without them by @marakaye
