it’s one thing to learn to ride.

or even learn horse ownership.

it’s another thing to gain a barn family while doing it.

there’s a million things I could say about what this place has come to mean to me,

but to have a safe space for questions, emotions, and people bringing you back to center when you’ve gone off the rails (guilty…), THAT changes you.

if you want to ride, take lessons.

if you want to find yourself, go hang out with @championsequestrian 🤍 by @maraoutloud

we always knew we were going to parent differently, and it’s so fun to now watch our kiddo grow into such a multi dimensional, conscious little dude. @franki3lee 🤍

he thought the sounds were “weird” and the outfits were “crazy” but had a blast at his first festival with @campalderwild

I’ve “started” my writing era for the last decade.

every time from a different version of myself.

time again, scribbling the same words in my journal: freedom, abundance, creativity, expression, joy.

girlboss era. witchy era. lovetribe. on:purpose. arrival. eli. horse girl. now, the mara out loud era.

bc it’s time to say what I care about out loud.

nine chapters, one thread: I’m here to do shit differently.

full origin story is live on substack (link in bio).

it’s long, it’s honest, and my origin story to what brought me to being ready for #whocarespodcast 🎙️ by @maraoutloud
