Hello, Snyder. We’re Bar Ruthe.  A neighborhood tavern coming to 4519 Main Street in early 2027, and the newest member of the Marble + Rye family.  Think world-class cocktails, old-world wine, beer, cider, and tapas-style plates with Spanish and Portuguese influence, built around exceptional imported ingredients and local products.  The room will be intimate, a little romantic, and inspired by the feeling of stumbling into a tucked-away alley bar somewhere in Catalonia.  We’re keeping it small, with seating for around 45 guests and plenty of room at the bar. Simply put, we’re a drinks-first kind of place.  Construction is officially underway, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring our knowledge, craft, curiosity, and hospitality to Snyder.  See you soon. by @marbleandrye

Aaaaaaaaaaaaand. October… crazy it’s here already. We’re starting to preserve and ferment the last farm hauls of the season now. Starting with this lacto-fermented, no-filter, CRAZY vibrant Fresno Pepper sauce (thanks @platodalefarm). It’s not available, yet, but as soon as we buy in some Cauliflower, you’ll be able to get your hands on some of this. In the meantime, you can enjoy a Pimento Burger, Spinach Pizza, Kimchi toast or any of our regular menu offerings starting at 5pm! We’re back tonight and we just recently dropped this jawn off at the party. Yea. It’s pretty delicious…..

Awwwwwwwwe snap. Pimento cheese is BACK! Not on a pizza or Tartine this time, though, we’re tossing this puppy on a BURGER. It goes live tonight along with a nice slab of local pickled green tomato, 2 grass-fed beef patties from @platodalefarm and our house-made brioche bun. WOWZA! We’re also introducing a Spinach pizza with Fontina, Calabrian Ricotta and Lemon. 💨

Victory Monday, meet Kimchi Toast. This little baby is PACKED with flavor and guaranteed to keep those good spirits chugging along (Thanks, Bills!) We take some charred scallion ricotta and smear it on our house focaccia, top it with a healthy portion of our house fermented kimchi, sesame mayo and furikake. It’s an explosion in all the best ways.
