Well I've had it long enough now, and even stickered it up already but not got round to doing a post until now so with the Project Focus progress being so slow recently after losing my passion for car stuff and then the Blue Focus ST170 giving me a constant headache for the past couple months I've recently picked up a new daily to get me back on the road properly and back out and about bit more.......wonder how long this one stays standard-ish 🤪

Well first half decent polish for the ST170 since uncovering it and putting it back on the road a few months back ( darkish Video doesn't do it justice 😂 ) ....little by little it's getting better just some maintenance to sort.

Nearly ready for @tunerfestshow North tomorrow with @fue1edup 👌🏼

*** Backlog *** 18/11/2026 ***

First bit of progress made on Focus was to get everything out of it including full carpet inc easy accessible trims and try to dry the inside as best as it can be done at the time ddu to it sitting outside without panels before I got hold of it and go through all the parts + boxes listing what is here and basically what random bits had been thrown in the car upon sale and whats useable...🤔📝

Well it's long overdue as most of you know I have had this sat around since November and been hardly touched since then due to other commitments but finally getting some free time to slowly get the car overhauled & rebuilt....so here is the new project ST shell it's definitely going to be a long road ahead....yes I'm mad to even think about taking this big of a rebuild on but hey what can go wrong 🫣🥴...there is going to be a bit of back logging from little bits I've done over the months but basically it's just sat there gathering cobwebs 😂😂

***Bought the project ST shell and got it home on 16/11/2025***

Well it's the end of era, I have just finished my last day at my second home aka Handforth Garage..... finally on my road to another adventure after starting here in 2019 as an apprentice to now many years later leaving fully qualified + MOT licensed and a lot more knowledgeable than when I first stepped through the door as a young lad with a passion.

Can't thank everyone on the team throughout the years enough ( although it's changed a bit from when I started ) for guiding me and teaching me the ways and getting me trained to where I am today, especially Sandra Mullan I can't thank you enough for taking me on as an apprentice and pushing me to be where I am today putting up with me for this long 😂😂....I'm going to miss this place 💔 taken in Handforth by @marc_fielding

Well the Focus is now off the road for maybe the last time before being parted out for the new project when the time comes....going to miss this car as it saved me from some dark places and opened me up to a world of new people / skills / more of the car scene but unfortunately the shell has gone too far to be economically saved due to Rust + Damage 😭😭😭😭😭

Roll on the new 3 Door project 🫣....new post coming soon 🤔

Trying to get a decent photo of a dark coloured car with little to no lighting is harder than I thought 🥴
