One moment of peace in Ericeira, episode 16 : Am I dreamin?

How many folks around
Feel like they’re number one
On ego merry-go-rounds
Oooh

How many ones on the run
Floating like a lonely sun
That no one ever understands
Oooh

Am I dreaming all alone?
Or am I feeling more around?
So?

But I feel like a river that sweeps us together
In a warm and colorful waltz

Like a voice for the dreamers
Who never say never
And paint their ideals on the walls

I will carry the roumeur
That people are clever
At following the sirens’ calls
And I’m dreaming ✅ of a loving soul

Treasures in the skies I see
Underneath a gorgeous moon
Gentle people, glad and free
Oooh

I know a heaven where to go
A place with no pain or sorrow
The truth is just behind the window
Oooh

Am I dreaming all alone?
Or am I feeling more around?

So I feel like a river that sweeps us together
In a warm and colorful waltz

Like a voice for the dreamers
Who never say never
And paint their ideals on the walls

I will carry the roumeur
That people are clever
At following the sirens’ calls

A small town by the ocean.

A place that reminded me of something I had forgotten.

The goal was never the castle.

The goal was never the crown.

The goal was the kingdom.

And a kingdom is not a place.

It’s the people who make life worth sharing.

For years, I thought love was about finding someone.

Today, I think love is building a family. 🫶🏻🏄🏻☀️🎵🇵🇹 taken in Ericeira by @marc_pradel
