Through guided improvisation and learning repertory from Marcat Dance, dancers explore shifting qualities of movement, dynamic texture, and musicality. Physical and vocal play encourage participants to follow inner impulses while listening to themselves and the group. The workshop encourages awareness, confidence, and individuality, inviting dancers to discover both their vulnerabilities and the light they carry within🌩️Catherine Coury is Co-Founder and Co-Artistic Director of Marcat Dance, one of Spain’s leading contemporary dance companies, and Festival Vildanza, an international dance festival bringing world-class work to rural southern Spain.
