Meet Ernesto! 👨‍🍳

He has been Marcel’s Head Chef since day one! Ernesto is talented, smart, and passionate about his craft. He brings incredible flavor to every single dish and positive energy to our team. But Ernesto is so much more than a chef, he has a heart of gold, is always kind, and is truly a friend to everyone around him. He’s a huge part of what makes us who we are. We’re so lucky to have him on our team.

3 Fun Facts:
- Ernesto is the ultimate girl dad of 4 🎀
- He has the cutest pup named Chewy 🦴
- Chef also knows how to play piano, drums, guitar and bass!!!! 🎶

Meet Abby 🌸

What would we do without her?! You’ll usually find Abby slinging out smoothies like a pro or packing orders in the blink of an eye. She’s an incredibly hard worker who always does her best at everything she does! We can always tell when Abby isn’t on shift. 😅

3 Fun Facts:
- She has the cutest dog named Lucky 🐾
- Abby loves to watch baseball (especially when her son is playing) with her family ⚾️
- Jenni from Marcel is her best friend! 👯‍♀️

Say hi to Abby next time you see her 👋 taken in Marcel Bakery and Kitchen by @marcelkitchen

Come for a coffee, leave with a pastry and a baguette you definitely weren’t planning on buying. 🥐☕️

With golden pastries in the case and coffee pouring, choosing what to order might be the hardest part of your morning. Grab a friend and head to Marcel for a catch-up over breakfast, then pick up something to bring home. 💕

What’s your go-to Marcel order? We want to hear your favorites! 👇

Meet Jenni 💓

Although if you’ve ever been to Marcel, you probably already know her. Jenni is another absolute gem that has been working at Marcel for years (MishMish included, IYKYK). She’s the kind of person that gets the job done without question and we never have to doubt that either. She is incredibly hard-working, reliable, and amazing to work with. There isn’t a single job she can’t do over here! Jenni is a great ball of energy and love in this place. We truly couldn’t say enough good things about her.

Here’s 3 fun facts about Jenni:
- The Homemade Challah French Toast is her favorite thing on the menu 🍓
- She’s a mama of two, including one boy and a babygirl she just welcomed this year 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒
- She’s a tough cookie with a heart of gold 💛
