I don’t always take the time to introduce myself, so I figured now’s a good time to share a few things you might not know about me. Whether you’re new here or have been following my family-filled, real estate-meets-tax-meets-homeschool life for a while. Life around here is busy, a little loud, sometimes sticky (thanks to the toddlers), but always full of love. 💛

Here are 5 things you may not know about me:

1. I met my husband online— 9 years married and we have 3 wild, but amazing boys.

2. I homeschool our kids. It’s been a few years now, and I’ve really enjoyed the journey. I enjoy watching their growth in the work and with one another.

3. I was born in the BAY AREA!! More specifically in Fremont but now call Fresno home. It’s where we’re raising our family, growing our businesses.

4. I have a degree in Accountancy and an MBA—yes, I like spreadsheets and real people. Which gave me the opportunity to teach as a lecturer at Fresno State (Go Bulldogs! 🐾).

5. My dad, @brokerrayz, and I run a family business. He is the broker of @realtyzgroup where I’m an agent, and together we also run an accounting company. Right now we focus on income taxes.

Thanks for following along with this little corner of our life. It’s a mix of business, motherhood, family, and everything in between—and I’m grateful to share it with you. 💙

So much to catch up on lately! 🤍

We’ve been BUSY — wrapping up summer, starting a new school year, getting over sicknesses, and now jumping right into soccer + baseball season. ⚽️⚾️ Life is definitely full over here!

But first… I have so many memories from our cruise that I still want to share. 🚢🌊

This trip was extra special because we were celebrating so much at once:

✨ Our 10-year wedding anniversary
✨ Garrett and I both turning 40
✨ The boys’ birthdays
✨ And just getting some much-needed family time together

The boys absolutely LOVED cruising, and I’m pretty sure one of the biggest highlights was having access to ice cream ALL DAY, EVERY DAY. 😂🍦

We had such a good time and would definitely love to cruise again. There’s just something so fun about waking up somewhere new, having so much to do together, and getting a little break from our normal busy schedules.

Now we’re back to school, practices, games, activities, and the usual craziness… but I still have lots of cruise photos and memories to share.

More pics + memories to come. 🤍🚢

P.S. I somehow lost all of our Ensenada photos 😞 and I’m still so sad about it!

Happy 7th birthday to our smart, witty, fun, and slightly crazy guy! 🥳💙

I always love looking back at pictures from when you were a baby until now. It’s crazy how fast time flies and how much you’ve grown! It’s been so much fun exploring and traveling with you, watching you play sports, and seeing your growth in gymnastics, art, academics, and everything you take on.

You’re so quick to learn and catch on, and your determination and tenacity are some of my favorite things about you. Once you decide you’re going to do something, you’re ALL IN. 😂 We may still be working on slowing down those impulses 😅, but I hope you never lose that go-getter attitude and willingness to jump in and try.

You have such a special place in our family, getting to be both an older and younger brother — with someone to look up to and someone looking up to you. 💙

You keep us laughing, on our toes, and life interesting! 😂 We’re so happy and proud of the smart, strong, funny boy you’re becoming. Here’s to another year of adventures, learning, laughing, and whatever craziness you come up with next.

Three years already. 💙

One of the sweetest things is looking back at old photos and videos and watching a tiny little baby grow into such a fun, silly, and lovable little boy. Every year brings a little more personality, a little more laughter, and so many memories to cherish.

One of the greatest joys has been watching him become the best little brother. The love he has for his big brothers, and the bond the three of them continue to build, is something so special to witness. It’s a reminder that some of life’s greatest blessings are found in the little moments together.

Happy 3rd Birthday, Dean! Here’s to many more years of adventures, laughter, hugs, and making memories that will be treasured forever. ❤️

🏆 Finishing the summer league at #1 made all six weeks worth it. (Not in the whole league but the section I was a part of ☺️)

I signed up for this pickleball league with Silly Pickles because I needed to do something for me. Between being a wife, being a boy mom, and studying for my CPA exam, life has been full. As much as I love pouring into my family, I also know how important it is to make time for the things that fill my own cup.

I’ve always loved racquet sports, so this was the perfect excuse to get moving, meet new people, challenge myself, and have some fun. Ending the league at the top was the cherry on top. 🥹

Now it’s back to the books. 📚 Next up: passing my CPA exam, then celebrating my 40th birthday in Vegas… with the Backstreet Boys! 🎉

Life is good. I feel incredibly blessed, and I’m excited for everything that’s ahead. ❤️

I’m so grateful God gave me someone like you to look up to. You’re not only beautiful on the outside, but even more beautiful on the inside. Your kindness, strength, and heart have taught me so much over the years—often in ways you probably don’t even realize.

June Photo Dump ☀️📸

Social media has definitely taken a backseat lately while I’ve been focused on studying for my upcoming exam and making sure these boys are having a great summer.

Looking back through these photos, I’m realizing just how much we packed into one month.

We made it to Universal Studios, enjoyed library events (the bubble show was a favorite), took advantage of dollar movie days, attended a beautiful wedding in Yosemite, visited the Gold & Mineral Museum, and drove through Yosemite to stop at some amazing viewpoints along the way.

The boys wrapped up gymnastics and baseball, enjoyed Summerpalooza at church, spent time doing arts and crafts at home, went camping in Sequoia, and celebrated our cousin’s high school graduation with family.

It was also a busy month with Grandpa. We celebrated his birthday, welcomed new puppies to the family, and then my dad and I headed to Las Vegas for a tax conference to stay current on tax law changes and industry updates.

One of the biggest highlights for me was seeing Ray finally get his cast and wrist guard off. After months of appointments, restrictions, and waiting for everything to heal, it was nice to finally get back to normal.

Honestly, when you’re in the middle of it, it just feels busy. Looking back at the pictures reminds me that all those little outings, road trips, practices, family gatherings, and random adventures add up to something pretty special.

Now back to studying… and making more summer memories. 😂

⚾️ Another baseball season in the books ⚾️

This season was a special one for both boys.

For Ray, it was his first year playing kid pitch. He stepped up to the challenge, pitched a few games, and continued to grow in confidence throughout the season. Unfortunately, he broke his wrist and wasn’t able to play in the final two games, but I was so proud of the way he handled it. He showed up, supported his teammates, and remained a positive presence for his team until the very end.

For Davis, it was his first year in machine pitch, and it was amazing to see how much progress he made. He worked hard on learning to catch the ball, made some solid hits, and became a great catcher along the way. Watching his confidence grow game after game was so rewarding.

And then there was Dean — our biggest little fan. He was there for every game, every practice, every snack, and every adventure that came with baseball season. He loved cheering on his big brothers and being part of it all.

As parents, one of our greatest joys is watching the boys learn, grow, overcome challenges, and build friendships through sports. We’re thankful for the coaches who dedicate their time, energy, and patience to these kids, and we’re grateful for all the families and friends we met along the way.

Baseball gave us a lot this season: lessons in teamwork, perseverance, sportsmanship, commitment, and showing up for others.

We’re proud of these boys and already looking forward to the next season and the next adventure. ❤️⚾️

Thank you for always being there for me through every season of life. From the time I was little to now as a wife and mom, you’ve been my biggest supporter, a trusted source of wisdom, and the person who always answers the phone when I need someone to talk to.

One of my favorite things is watching you be Papa to my boys. They love spending time at your house, enjoying whatever treats and surprises you have waiting for them, and making memories they’ll cherish forever.

We are so grateful for you and all the love, guidance, and laughter you bring to our lives. Love you so much and wishing you many more happy and healthy birthdays ahead!

Road trip through the Central Valley? 🚗📍
Here’s a family-friendly stop you might want to add to your list: Bravo Farms

Located right off Highway 99 in Traver, Bravo Farms is more than just a quick stop for snacks. It’s a fun place for families to stretch their legs, let kids play, and take a break from long hours on the road.

Some things you’ll find there:

• A giant wooden treehouse playground for kids to climb and explore
• Animals you can feed and pet
• Ice cream, candy, snacks & fun treats
• Toy and gift shopping
• A restaurant and bar area
• A dog park if you’re traveling with pets 🐾

It’s definitely one of those classic Central Valley roadside stops that turns a simple road trip break into part of the adventure.

We stopped by during our trip and my boys had such a great time exploring, playing, feeding the animals, and walking around. Definitely looking forward to stopping there again on another road trip through the valley.
