Leadership was never just a title to me.
It was showing up, rebuilding, serving, and staying consistent even when nobody was watching.

From Secretary to President, the Student Ambassador Program (@morehouseambassadors ) gave me purpose, discipline, and a family.

As the 35th Honors Program Student Association President (@morehousehonors ), I was trusted to help lead during an era of rebuilding and together, we built something worth remembering.

These programs didn’t just prepare me for Morehouse.

They prepared me for manhood.

Thank you to every student, advisor, e-board member, and young brother who trusted me to lead. The legacy lives on. by @marcellismcqueen

“Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.” — James Baldwin

Morehouse College did more than prepare me for a career, it prepared me for life.

These last four years came with pressure, sacrifice, leadership, setbacks, growth, and unforgettable moments that shaped me into the man I am today. Every challenge carried a lesson. Every win carried responsibility. Every loss carried growth. There were moments I felt unstoppable and moments I felt exhausted, but each season pushed me closer to purpose.

Morehouse gave me brotherhood, discipline, perspective, and memories that will stay with me forever. It challenged me, humbled me, and helped me discover strength in myself that I didn’t even know existed.

To everyone who believed in me, prayed for me, supported me, corrected me, and poured into me throughout this journey, thank you. I could never fully express what your love and support has meant to me.

I came to Morehouse as a young man searching for direction. I leave rooted in purpose.

Forever grateful for the house that built me. 🖤
