Westersingelflat by Frans Klein [1950], located at the corner of the Westersingel and the Reitdiepskade in Groningen. One of the city’s earliest large modern flat buildings, combines concrete and brickwork with classic and modern elements, a central entrance, and a prominent glass stairwell. I like the pale green balconies.

Parkvilla 9.

Our 3rd building in Elzenhagen in the North of Amsterdam is set half on land half in the water. This one is more horizontally jointed and lower than the first two blocks. Construction work starts end of this year.

Proposal for social housing on Amsterdam Zuidas, with 275 two bedroom apartments and 1.500 sqm commercial space, distributed over two buildings. We worked on it with great enthusiasm and effort, but unfortunaty we were not selected. Congratulations and all the best with the next steps @shift_architecture_urbanism

The final design of a project on plot 03-01 on Pampuslaan on Centrumeiland, Amsterdam IJburg. It concerns a co-creation project where future residents can decide on their floorplan layout, collective rooftop garden, and communal space. In the plinth, there will be commercial spaces, with an underground parking below.
