We’ve lost so many fierce women who fought, spoke up, stood their ground and forged the path beneath our feet. 💜

But somehow, I don’t picture Gloria Steinem resting peacefully in the clouds. 😂

I picture that glorious hair blowing in the wind, a magic wand in her hand, looking back at all of us like…

“Oh honey, I’m not done yet.” ✨

May all the badass women who came before us keep watching, guiding, protecting—and raising a little hell from wherever they are.

The world feels a little less sparkly today. ✨. Golllly … this one hurts.

A little girl from the Smoky Mountains sure did show us what can happen when you dream big, love people, and never forget where you came from.

Y’all, I’d like to imagine her walking through those pearly gates today—big hair, rhinestones shimmering, and that beautiful smile lighting up Heaven.

I bet Dolly’s Heaven just got a whole lot more sparkly. ✨

Thank you for the music, the laughter, and that big ol’ heart.

My last Maui sunset. 🌺🌅

And somehow, she knew exactly how to say goodbye.

This island gave me turquoise water and winding roads, waterfalls and wild adventures, laughter and beauty that stopped me in my tracks. She gave me a storm—literally and figuratively. She made me slow down when I wanted to keep moving. She gave me moments of connection, moments of discomfort, and moments when I had to come back home to myself.

Maui reminded me that paradise isn’t the absence of storms.

Sometimes paradise is standing on the other side of one, watching the sky turn gold, realizing you are not quite the same person who arrived.

Tonight, the sun slipped quietly into the Pacific, and I stood there grateful for all of it—the beautiful, the messy, the unexpected, the sacred.

I came here looking for adventure.

I leave with something much quieter.

A deeper knowing of myself.
