A good day indeed! We are thrilled and humbled that our anticipated October feature bumped up to May and sweet Lucy stole the cover show! 🐶 It’s surreal and a definite pinch-me-moment to be featured in a magazine that has always so perfectly captured the heart and soul of the south we love so much. This project and resulting feature was a true collaboration with incredibly talented artist/homeowner @karenleasandifer, stylist @buffyhargettstudios, photographer @laureywglenn, and storyteller @betsycwatson. A lovely living proof that, with thoughtful care, houses don’t have to be old to have character, and new houses can still have soul 💙 @southernlivingmag 🫶🏼 (and the behind-the-scenes team that keeps the wheels rolling @erinkennemer and @susanclatham 😘🤗) by #thecountyroad1bayhouse by @marchandmaydesign
