🤗 NOT THIS Time 🤗

I competed at the ADCC Amateur World Championships 2026 in the −76.9 kg Professional Masters 40+ division, where I lost my opening match 0–2 on points.

After a year away from competition and two years focused mainly on Gi, stepping onto the ADCC mats was a challenge I wanted to take on. The result wasn’t what I came for, but there’s no point looking for excuses. I need to prepare better, learn from this match, and put in the work.

Competing in the ADCC Worlds 2026 arena, where the best in our sport battle it out, was a special experience. I’m grateful to have been part of it, and I’m taking that experience back into training.

A huge thank you to everyone at Renzo Gracie Amersfoort for the rounds, encouragement, and support. To my wife, Ewelina - thank you for being by my side through the whole journey. And to my dietitian @dietetyka_wojownika thank you for your guidance and all the work throughout my preparation.

I wanted more from this competition. Now it’s on me to turn the lessons into progress.

Back to work. 🤝

🖤 Yesterday I received my Black Belt from Renzo Gracie Holland ❤️

❤️ First of all, I want to thank my wife, Ewelina, for always being by my side, supporting me and believing in me through this journey 😍

🙌 Big thank you to all the coaches I met on my path, and especially to Kemail Verhoeven. Thank you for your trust, guidance and support ❤️

💪 Thank you to all my training partners, students, friends and everyone who shared the mats with me, pushed me, supported me and helped me grow 💯

👉 For me, Jiu-Jitsu is not only about becoming the best. It is about changing lives, helping people become stronger, more confident, more disciplined and better human beings — on and off the mats 💯

🤜 To everyone still on the path: keep showing up, keep training and never give up 🤛

💯 Proud, grateful and ready for the next chapter 💯

😘 Thank you Everyone 😍

🙏 Oss 💪
