Foratini begins with the sign.

Four elements, four marks, endless compositions. The simplicity of the brick is transformed into a contemporary ceramic language, where solids, dots and lines create rhythms, patterns and new geometries. A modular collection to be freely composed, transforming walls and floors into graphic, dynamic and personal surfaces.

Project by @marco.spatti for Opificio Ceramico™.

A minimalist design is the matrix of La Sintesi Grafica collection by Marco Spatti, who imposes essential graphic signs to reshape the wall with new layers and depth. He moves forward with Trame, inspired by textile graphics, and Layout, a reworking of the grid system that pays homage to graphic design.

Milan-based product designer @marco.spatti is driven by innovation, reinterpreting classic forms through original materials and advanced manufacturing technologies.
His vision finds its fullest expression in Levante for Luceplan: three magnetically attached shades, crafted from a rice paper-like material, diffuse a warm, comfortable light while creating the striking presence of a sculptural chandelier.

The inspiration behind Repetit comes from the textile world. i was interested in the idea of recreating on a surface the visual and tactile experience of a chunky knit fabric. Thus, ceramic and plaster became the warp and weft with which to weave these new surfaces.

I just spent two days in Murano as a guest at Luceplan's annual sales meeting. It's always stimulating to interact with those who sell the products we design.

Nice place, nice people, great team. Grateful. by @marco.spatti
