I’m running the Hackney Half for CALM @calmzone , in memory of Nigel Templeman - A friend and a colleague from my time at @redlightmgmt .

As lads we don’t talk about our feelings enough. Too many men still suffer in silence, and too many lives are lost too soon. CALM does vital work providing support, raising awareness, and helping people through their darkest moments.

This run is for you Nige, and for everyone who needs reminding that they’re not alone. Make sure if you’re reading this and your phone is already in your hand then reach out to a mate and check in to see they’re ok.

@chrislorenzo66 solo @coachella debut. What’s a pair of weekends!! I’ve worked with Loz since 2013 and to see where this journey continues to grow is special. Now we have a full global team of amazing people delivering moments like this. I still get the same buzz as I did back in the day with the 300 cap shows at Nest in Dalston or Lightbox in Vauxhall. It sounds like a cliche but it still feels like it’s just getting started. Stay humble // keep grafting.
