Counting down my last few months in the UAE…

Grateful for every opportunity, every connection, and every lesson this journey has given me.

This country will always be a part of my story, but now it’s time to move forward. New projects, new plans, same goals!

It’s never a goodbye, just a “see you soon.” But for now, the focus remains on the present, there’s still work to do, and I’m all in.

Building the future, one step at a time.

I’d rather post about moments than material stuff.

I get that some people are driven by that, and that’s cool, but for me, the good times we live and the people we share them with are what really last, even after we’re gone.

Money can buy a lot, but not the priceless moments that stay with us forever.

Leveling up in Judo 🟩

A big thank you to all the coaches at @high_wycombe_judo_centre and my training partners for all the help, advice, and great rounds. I’ve learned so much already, and I’m really enjoying being a student again.

It’s been a great journey so far, and I’m looking forward to learning even more.

A good reminder that it’s never too late to start something new. Just keep showing up. 💪

Friday reminder:

Progress isn’t measured by the days you feel unstoppable, it’s measured by the days you show up anyway.

In Jiu-Jitsu, and in life, growth happens when you train despite the fatigue, the setbacks, or the lack of motivation.

Those difficult sessions build more than technique. They build resilience, discipline, and character.

Motivation comes and goes. Discipline is what keeps you moving forward.

This weekend, don’t focus on being perfect. Focus on showing up and giving your best.

The best version of you is built on the days you feel like stopping, but don’t.

The half guard battle is won before the pass even begins.

In this technique, Professor @marcosratinho breaks down a powerful half guard passing sequence: creating distance with the hip frame, neutralising the underhook, and finishing with a strong knee slice/knee cut pass.
