We’re having more and more reps on the doors and you know what that means 👀

It’s time to start having some real world examples of what this job looks like mixed in with our content 🫡

This week, @marcus5martin had been knocking locally, so we caught up with him for an hour to get a taste of what doing door to door sales really looks like.

Prior to us showing up, he already had 3 sales on the day, totaling about $1,300 in take home pay.

Throughout our hour filming him, Marcus knocked on dozens of doors, talked to 11 homeowners, got close to making a sale a few times but ultimately didn’t have any convert within the hour.

But as Marcus mentioned in the video, that’s totally okay and normal for one hour of knocking.

Ultimately sales is a skills & a numbers game, but you don’t get to pick when the law of averages will play to your favor.

That means to succeed, you have to keep doing the right things, continue knocking even if you’re not closing deals, knock by the Alpha Standard, and focus on the fundamentals, and you can achieve the outcomes you want.

Thanks again to @marcus5martin for letting us follow him while he worked. Excited to watch him work towards his goals this year.

From dead end job to growth and stability ⬇️

Marcus’s story is pretty special, and is a perfect example of some of the incredible opportunities we offer at @aptivealpha

After working at Walmart to make ends meet, he prayed for a new path, had someone reach out shortly after, and bought into everything this job has to offer.

He was rewarded for this buy in with great personal sales success his first year, and then rolled his success into his 2nd summer and put up a huge $250,000 in revenue, earning him well over $100,000.

Beyond the money, Marcus has developed new relationships and found new purpose, drive, and perspective that will help him continue to succeed here and anywhere else he goes in his life.
