👀 At this point, the only question is… WHY HAVEN’T YOU BOOKED WITH ME YET?! 😂🏡

I promise I’m not paying people to say these things! 🤣

When an experienced real estate agent tells you that your communication, thoroughness, and professionalism are EXACTLY what they’ve been looking for… you know you’re doing something right! 💪

At Crescent City Home Inspection, we don’t just inspect houses. We help buyers understand what they’re buying, give agents the information they need, and make the entire process smoother for everyone involved.

✅ Thorough inspections
✅ Clear, honest communication
✅ Easy-to-understand reports
✅ Professionalism from start to finish
✅ An inspector who actually answers the phone! 📲😂

So, REALTORS… what’s taking you so long?! 😏

Give me ONE inspection to earn your business. I’ll let my work do the talking.

Six years ago, in 2020, we opened the doors to Science of Jiu Jitsu during a time filled with uncertainty. We didn’t know exactly what the future would look like — but we believed in what we were building.

We believed that a gym could be more than a place to train.

It could be a community. A place where people challenge themselves, support one another, learn discipline, develop confidence, and become better humans together.

Today, SOJ is stronger than ever because of all of you.

Every student who stepped on the mats. Every parent who trusted us with their child. Every coach who poured their time and knowledge into the team. Every teammate who helped someone through a difficult round, a tough loss, or a hard season of life. Every friend, family member, supporter, and sponsor who believed in what we were trying to create.

Community matters. And even more importantly, the people who make up that community matter.

The future of our gym isn’t measured only by medals, championships, belts, or trophies. It’s measured by the people our students become — their character, confidence, work ethic, resilience, and willingness to keep moving forward when things get difficult.

Thank you for believing in community, dedication, hard work, and perseverance.

Thank you for believing in us.

Thank you for making Science of Jiu Jitsu what it is today.

Six years strong. Same mission. Bigger family. And we’re just getting started. 🖤🥋

Happy 6th Anniversary, SOJ. by @marcus_dempsey

Apparently this is a thing. I took it a step further and asked it why it chose what it did. What did yours say? by @marcus_dempsey

I had so much fun supporting the Women’s Council of Realtors at their annual fundraiser!

I’ve always wanted to be a stepper, so I finally got to make that dream come true. 😂 Apparently, all I needed was the right opportunity…and the right pair of shorts and socks. 😂

Anything to support the Realtors in our region and a great organization doing great things for our community.

And seriously…did y’all SEE those shorts and socks?! 😂🕺 by @marcus_dempsey
