Tumble Track was a Vibe this week 🔥 This was my warm up for the sesh. Everything was feeling easier and felt that lift 🕊️ —a good sign for a Great sesh 🏃🏽‍♂️💨

Maybe it’s because of this Mob Psycho shirt I like so much 🗣️ had me feeling like an esper

Air Track sesh @vertigotricking 2026! Super fun time with everyone and I gotta thank @spence.tricks @alexg.dgt and @casonpainter for helping improve my technique! ⚡️🙌🏽

I’m still taking time to get more comfortable with doubles. When everyone joined in the Air Track Line it really helped motivate and push me 🙏🏽😤 y’all are Awesome

The sole ninja 🍃 🥷🏽 in a world of wizards. Rock Lee has always demonstrated discipline to the martial arts through effort and willpower.

He didn’t rely on some special bloodline or visual prowess to make a name for himself…he put in the effort of training every day without fail to make up for what he lacked. Even with the cards he was dealt, he didn’t let that stop him.

The Green beast is truly on the road to becoming the greatest Taijutsu Specialist 🤜🏽🫷🏽

My FIRST Time ever landing Double backflip out of back handspring from floor 🗣️💥

Words can’t explain the mental milestone this was for me. It’s been years since I threw dub back from floor, but this week I thought I should try it from back handspring instead of round off (since I am more comfortable with them). I want to land this without mats, is hard to believe this is actually possible for me 😮‍💨

Thank you @johnnyy.flipss for your patience and motivating a brotha 💪🏽 You are the reason I threw this tonight.

@dima50mm Your advice with arm movement made it realistic for me 👊🏽

And @will_kidwolf_coneys Thank you bro for showing me this gym setup so I could commit to it! 🙏🏽⚡️

Y’all…I’ve been wanting this since High school mannnn 😮‍💨

Ain’t no feeling like tumbling outside on a wide Open field ☀️🌱😌

You can truly just flip away all your worries. Relieves a lot of stress- …you should try it sometime 🙌🏽
