POSTS STORIES REELS

The last nine months have been incredible. The Road to Miss Germany led to the final on Saturday—a live television show on primetime German television. It's safe to say that it was a career highlight.

@missgermany_official is the most important thing I've ever been involved in. It matters because it empowers.

I'm so incredibly happy for @maxklemmer. So indescribably proud of @jil_andert. In awe of the entire Miss Germany Studios family.

I'm overwhelmed by the trust and the love that the finalists gave me. They were brilliant, funny, smart and true ambassadors for the brilliance this country has to offer.

The power, love, confidence, and sense of purpose that I experienced on the final day, from both the audience and everyone backstage, were palpable.

As @realrosemondy , the new Miss Germany, rightly said during her focus pitch, "this isn't just Miss Germany, this is a revolution", and it feels soooOOOOOOooo good to have played a tiny part of it.

Miss Germany IS a revolution. It's just getting started.

I very much hope you'll join us.

The blackout, the ADHD brain-side-quest in the middle of a slide. This is how I deal with it! Hope it helps. 🙌❤️🙌.

Morning yapping. by @marcusjhbrown

Actors talk about finding the truth of the character. Speakers have to find something else.

In Croatia, I gave the Top 18 ninety seconds each to show a room full of strangers who they really were. They did it, and not just with technique. We could see what they knew and how they knew it, what risks they were willing to take, their attitude to their work and to the world, why they do it at all, and why any of that should matter to the rest of us.

Significance, Purpose, Attitude, Risk, Knowledge.

Unpacking this over the last nine months has been exciting. Putting it in front of you now is terrifying. Finally being able to explain what I see is a genuine relief.

There is an assessment for it now. Thirty-five statements, about eight minutes, no sign-up, nothing stored. Take your time with each one. Sitting with the statements is the valuable part, not the score at the end.

It's a beta. Go and have a play, then tell me what you think.

As a speaker, your spark is your truth. It's what you take on stage with you, and it's what your audience sees.
