10 years ago today, we escaped to Joshua Tree with a handful of our closest friends and said “I do.” ❤️

Believe it or not, this is the first time I’ve ever watched the footage from that day, and it brought all those feelings rushing right back. 🥹 What a beautiful day, and what an incredible 10 years it’s been.

Happy 10-year wedding anniversary, @elaboratecon! Ever thine, ever mine, ever ours. ❤️

A little love for the people who made our day so special:

The only one who could’ve married us: @amandaroseknight

Proud papa alert! 11 days ago, @elaboratecon and I found a scared, hungry kitten outside our building. He was so small (not even 3 lbs!) that we couldn’t let him be homeless another night, so we trapped him and isolated him to our spare bedroom while we took him to a vet and tried to find an existing owner. He quickly captured our hearts, and now not even 2 weeks later, he is de-wormed, flea-free, neutered, microchipped, and officially a Conover brat! If anyone knows one thing about me, it’s that I’m a hardcore, hopelessly obsessed, ever-loving Madonna superfan.

I’ve worn the shirts. I’ve gone to the concerts. I’ve collected the memorabilia. I’ve dressed as her for Halloween. I’ve written college term papers about her. I’ve made YouTube videos about her. And yes, I even quoted one of her songs in my wedding vows.

She has been the ultimate soundtrack to all of my wild life adventures.

Now it’s time for another era, another dance floor, and another excuse to rearrange my personality for the next few months.

🪩 Confessions on a Dance Floor 2. Let’s gooooo!! 🪩
