Drawing 5.: Ink and acrylic on paper,62x50 cm. Blindfolded man working on quantum Computer. It is one example of many where several things that don‘t seem to match like the machine, the birds and the blindfolded man come together in one image creating a sense of unease or at least this is one possible association. The Numbers/ Figures on the drawing consisting of white lines refer to Diderots encyclopedia with it‘s attempt to pool the knowledge of his time. by @marcvoncriegern

Drawing 4 shows a man working on „Petra 3“. New for me was experimenting with the possibilities of going over the drawing at the very end with a thin gold tone letting some parts vanish.

In this drawing from my Paris-series I continue spraypainting plants from the very place I am in at the moment. This started in Italy where I began spraying plants from the place and combined them with other elements. Here in Paris the flowers are from the cité international garden and I combined them with a figure holding something between a kite and a drone (and the diceman again!). The drawings I am making at the moment still refer to my obsession with the encyclopedia of Diderot and d‘Alembert. In a kind of „encyclopedia of the absurd“ I am combining tech elements of today with my own repertoire of image elements.
