A body of work that explores the tension between order and fragmentation. Constructed from layered geometric elements, the composition appears to oscillate between architectural precision and structural collapse. The interplay of depth, shadow, and negative space transforms the work into an object that shifts with the viewer's perspective.

Rather than offering a fixed narrative, the relief reflects the central idea of 'Unpresentable': that not everything can be fully articulated, represented, or resolved.

Blending digital precision with sculptural craft, Marc C. Woehr creates intricate wood reliefs that reimagine the architecture of urban space. Drawing on the legacy of the Russian avant-garde, his layered compositions float between painting and sculpture, inviting viewers into dynamic, imagined cityscapes. Woehr is one of the eight artists featured in 'The stage is yours!, curated by Eric Gauthier as part of the COLOURS Dance Festival.
